Beautiful Work!

I couldn't say enough about the project manager, he was professional and kept me up updated about everything I needed to know. I couldn't say enough, he was a great guy.

This Company was my first choice. They had done a job for me several years ago. They exceeded all expectations and completed the job on schedule.

We did a number of projects. My son found a hole in my deck. I looked over and saw. I looked at our siding and saw it was rotted as well. I replaced all the siding, got a new roof, a new deck and added a portico. We did all of that. It was an expensive project, but I enjoyed it. They did an excellent job and were always efficient. I was amazed watching them work, as they were so careful about everything! They were very helpful and courteous. The salesperson and Randy were great!

Their sales department is great. Your project greatly depends on your project manager. If you don't get a good one, tough luck!

From the time that the Salesman (Scott) entered my home and presented the proposal, I was impressed with his attention to detail. This extended to the Project Manager (David) who acted in the same manner. All of my questions and concerns were addressed before the project started on schedule and on time. All PPE procedures were fully followed, including hooking up a sink to my front water supply. From start to finish took four days instead of what would take other companies a week or more, judging from what I had and have seen with other exterior remodeling companies in my neighborhood either looking up the street, or having to drive around their trucks when going down my street. Exovations came in $600.00 less than he other "Big Name" in the business, didn't pressure me to make a signed decision while offering viable financing plans and did a much better job than this company, and all of the other companies that I have seen do work on my neighbors homes. On the first morning of the job, the Exovations yard sign was placed near the street, on the fifth day the day after the last phase of the project was completed, the Project Manager took the sign with him. There was no music and no smoking on the four days the the craftspeople were at my place, and everyone was personable and professional. Also, all construction debris was picke up, bagged, and taken away.

This is the second time that we have used Exovations, because the first time we used them I was undergoing Kidney Dialysis. When I was on Dialysis, they were extremely mindful that the area they were working on needed to be kept extremely clean. I have found they are very professional, and I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs that type of work done. They exceeded my expectations!

These guys are fantastic. Big focus on quality and organization. This was both the biggest project and the least frustrating project I've ever contracted. I highly recommend Exovations.

I do think that they want to make the job right and are concerned about that. I don't think that they have the same type of subcontractors that do that type of work. Maybe I just got the bad crew.

The complete transformation looks fantastic! It was just the facelift our home needed!

They gave me a phone number to contact them if I had any questions or concerns. They did what they promised. The roofers knew their craft. The siding people were expects in their craft. The painters were excellent at their craft. And the window guy came in and installed 27 windows in one day, just him and his son. They hauled off the old ones and installed the new ones in one day. They are just gorgeous. I can't say enough about the service that they provide. They're excellent. As far as the price, I really thought it was a fair price. They weren't charging too much, especially for the job they did.
