The workers were extremely sloppy. For days while they were working on site and afterwards I was finding empty water bottles, food wrappers, caulking tubes, construction debris throughout my yard. I had to have them come back to finish obvious missed work after they said they had completed.

I had the all of the siding on my house replaced with James Hardie plank lap siding as well as the window trim, rake boards and corners. It took a little while for the project to get started but I think that was just because they are in demand and it was a very busy time of year for them. It was worth the wait. They did a beautiful job. I have a contemporary style house with a lot of inside corners plus some unusual features like round windows. I was really impressed how the crew seemed to handle it all without any problem. The trim for the round windows had to be custom made onsite out of single pieces of PVC which was really impressive to watch. They really know what they are doing. They also did a great job rebuilding a fence that had some structural issues and was unstable. Now it is solid as a rock and looks just as good as the house does. Everything looks so nice now and I have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors.

Very good crew and quick to resolve any issues found. Appreciate that they do a walk-around and signoff before closing project and seeking payment. Project ran over schedule and communication was sometimes sparse, but the work was done well and they were always responsive to calls.

Headache is an understatement. Disorganized, under staff and overpriced.

Very difficult mock- Tudor siding installation done very well.

The house looks wonderful and I am looking forward to making other improvements with Exterior Medics.

This project was a huge investment for us, but Exterior Medics and Mason made us feel like they took pride in the work they were doing on our house. We felt like we were in very good hands, and it was definitely worth the investment. We could not be happier with the finished product!
