Fairway Exteriors did a great job on our siding project. Scott and our site project manager Isaac were great communicators and readily available. Everything was transparent and trustworthy. The crew was phenomenal; they worked very hard and efficiently, they were very respectful, and they were always a pleasure to interact with. We are very happy with their work.

Great communication. The crews were here when the weather cooperated, and either Scott or Isaac were in contact if the weather didn't cooperate. They addressed any concerns we had during the bid process as well as when the work was being performed.

They did my whole house hardie board exterior and installation including sofits and gutters. The work was done quickly and professionally. They also quickly and efficiently handled any concerns that I had regarding the work and quickly fixed everything that I asked with no additional costs or argument. They also did the work at a lower overall cost then other bids that I received. I would highly recommend them.

Given the scope of the project, Fairway showed when they stated they would and did a conscientious job. Some minor communications issues caused some disappointment but didn't derail the job. We were pleased overall with the entirety of the work.

I am pleased with my entire experience with Fairway Exteriors. I had looked at several other companies to replace several windows and entire siding before I came across a Fairway Exteriors ad in a Home Mag. Within a day of reaching out, Scott was in touch and scheduled a time to come by. He was very knowledgeable and his first visit was instructive. He promptly sent a bid and a list of homes Fairway Exteriors had worked on so that I could drive by and look at siding colors. As soon as I decided, he sent renderings of my home and got me on the schedule. One windows and siding had arrived, work started quickly. The crew worked more than 10 hours a day, staying until 7 pm or later, and completed the job in a week or so, which was on schedule. Scott stopped by often and was in constant communication via text - answering questions and sending videos. Would 100% recommend Fairway Exteriors for the quality of product, workmanship, and communication, and the hardworking and trustworthy crew.

Love our James Hardie siding. Fairway Exteriors was very professional and competitive on pricing. Clean up was great after the job was done. No disruptions in our routine. So glad that we had this done. I would highly recommend Fairway Exteriors!!
