Global started when they said they would, and finished when they said they would. Our neighbors went with another company and it took 4+ months. Ours took two months. That says a lot! Vitaly was great, very responsive. Very happy with the work done, it looks great! Small inconveniences like language barriers but Vitaly was quick to respond. Very good company to work with. Highly recommend.

Absolutely! I already have. I have been telling realtors, too. It was about a stucco remediation issue, and the realtors love to know who does a good job. I have already told several. I usually do not respond to any surveys of this kind. Sometimes you talk to somebody, and you're on customer service, and you get one. I normally ignore all of them, but they were worthy of mentioning of how professional they were and perfect.

From start to finish, Global Home Improvement delivered on their product. Staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The construction crew worked seamlessly around our busy schedule and the work area was always kept clean. Highest recommendation!

Lured in with low price compared to higher quality alternatives. After signing contract, stuck waiting almost 3 months for start date. Once we asked to cancel contract they dishonestly penalized us and suddenly found a start date. Throughout the project they charged additional 25% in extra costs that should've been included in original proposal. Do yourself a favor, get the low price estimate and shop it around to go with a higher quality installer.

Excellent job on replacing the whole house stucco with James Hardie plank and stones. Overall, the price was fair but should negotiate the price before asking for the additional work. Quality work. Manager and window/siding staff are very nice guys. Stonemason is a little hard to communicate.

We are very happy with the workmanship we received from Global. All employees were skilled and worked in a professional fashion. We had never heard of Global before and another contractor had basically monopolized the home remodeling business in our neighborhood. That contractor is fine but we took a flier on Global just because we thought their attention to quality might be better. Glad we did!

They were responsive, and they accommodated to my requests and changes. I would work with them in the future. I would recommend them to our friends!

I highly recommend Global Home as a top option to several neighbors who may soon be in a similar position to repair their homes. They were extremely helpful with materials and ideas throughout a difficult process to redo my entire home. I felt the estimate was extremely competitive and they were terrific about allowing for upgrades and changes. My wife and I have received numerous compliments about the materials (real stone veneer / Hardi) used. More than half of our neighborhood is getting their homes completely reworked due to stucco issues, and my home is widely viewed as the best looking rebuilt on the block. In particular, the work done with the addition of a portico and the front porch (slate) and steps is exceptional. I will certainly look to them for any future work that I need on my home.

We completed three projects with Global - roofing, window/door replacement, and siding/stone. Overall the project was a success. Great metal roof, excellent Hardie siding, and good windows. We were disappointed by the sliding doors, and the lack of knowledge around how the stone colors could be changed/adjusted, but overall workmanship was excellent. Just try the doors and ask lots of questions on what the stone color really looks like - that was the only reason for our 4 our of 5 star. Other than that, excellent work!
