Grennan Construction is a quality organization from the top down. I have done three projects with them this year. The scope of work was clearly defined with the Sales rep. The crews were great and answered all of my questions and concerns. The projects came in on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Grennan for roofing, siding and many other exterior projects.

The coordination of the work site each day was very impressive. They had a plan for who would be there, what they would be doing and what supplies they would need. The flow was amazing, as was the skill level and professionalism of the workers. It was a pleasure working with my job foreman. He was very dedicated in getting the job done on schedule. That often met that he was the one running out for additional supplies and whatever it took to get it done.

We worked with the owner of Grennan and he put the job out to another company and the other company did the work. When I asked them to come out, they sent someone else. I am very unhappy with the siding.
