Gunner transformed our home's exterior with Hardie siding, new gutters and a new shingle roof. The crew'sprofessionalism and workmanship was excellent. Our Project Manager Conor understood our needs, communicated well throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. We would have no hesitation in recommending Gunner to others in search of a top-rate Hardie Installer and/or roofing contractor.

Gunner Roofing just finished re-siding our house with Hardie Siding. The house looks fantastic and we are extremely pleased with Gunner's work. The crew was here every day and moved the project right along. The Gunner team was a pleasure to have around and were very helpful with little odds and ends. We have had a number of projects done on our house and Gunner was by far the best and most professional contractor we have ever used. We recommend Gunner without qualification. We particularly liked the close affiliation that Gunner has with JamesHardie.

I used Gunner for a windows replacement, new siding, roofing and new gutters project. The communication was always solid with Andrew and then Connor as the project manager. They were able to find solutions to potential problems and work through them quickly. These guys impressed me from day . Would highly recommend. Quality materials, expert work, always showed up as scheduled.

Gunner was the most professional company with which I have ever worked. From inquiry, fielded by owner Andrew, to the roof and siding job, managed by project manager Anthony and executed by his team of skilled professionals, we felt Gunner treated our home like their own. The level of communication and pride they take in their work is unparalleled!

Working with a company that blends great craftsmanship with up-to-date business practices (responsive to text messages, prepared with quoting a job, communicating job expectations during the project). Great team that does the work. Everything came together, was executed and completed cleanly.

I would highly recommend Gunner Roofing to everyone. They are very professional and extremely talented in what they do. Anthony and the entire crew felt like family. They were always engaging to make sure every last detail was addressed to our satisfaction. What sticks out in my mind is something Junior said to me once the job was completed, “Mr. Ed, thank you for allowing us to work on your house”. Anthony was similarly appreciative of working on our home. My wife and I felt the genuineness from the get go when we first met Anthony, the co-owner of Gunner. Working with Gunner was one of THE BEST decisions we made as homeowners! When selecting people to replace the roof, siding, and windows we knew we only wanted to do these projects once in a 15-20+ year span and wanted the quality of work to match the financial investment. We vetted and got quotes from several highly rated/recommended businesses and ultimately chose Gunner for 3 main reasons: 1) Gunner offered the best work and materials warranty in comparison to every other bid I received- no one else was even close. 2) From the start Gunner was communicative, responsive, flexible, and friendly/personable. Now having completed our work with them, I can say these things were also true throughout the entire project. 3) Gunners price upfront includes everything to complete the job - this is really helpful when budgeting for a big expense. As we have worked with several other contractors (our house needed total renovation when we bought it) some people charge you for the job but there are additional costs you have to pay for (ex: dumpster fees which can cost several thousand dollars based on weight, etc). Gunner gives you a price and it’s very straightforward. Overall I would definitely recommend them for the work quality and peace of mind!

We chose Gunner after receiving from Gunner and two other contractors. Gunner was the most price competitive. They are more eager to communicate with their clients than the other two contractors who provided quotes and were respectful of our property.

My experience with Andrew and his team from the start has been excellent. They have great communication, and I have worked with a lot of contractors and Gunner has been the best team that I have worked with. I have used them for roofing, siding, and windows. They were accommodating to all my requests.

We had a great experience with Gunner. We had gotten estimates from all of the known roofing/Hardie siding companies in Westchester and then I found Gunner online, all of the reviews were great, and I also liked that Gunner is owned/run by two young brothers. Andrew came to see the house, we explained in detail what we wanted and my general contractor husband recognized immediately that he knew his business. Nick was our project manager and was very detailed about explaining the process and what to expect. Eddie was great and came out the next day when we had questions about the timing of extending some gables. Becky was kind enough to go to file a permit for the huge red dumpster with the porta potty attached in our driveway that we could not stop laughing about because it's just so brilliant to attach a porta potty to a dumpster! The guys who worked on our project were neat, organized and cleaned up every evening. The project began and ended on time. HIGHLY RECOMEND GUNNER!

For siding and roofing, they are superb and professional. They did very high-quality work. For doors, I would consider bringing in a door company to handle that.

Eddie and crew were excellent to work with on my project. Any things I asked or requested were handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Months after the job was completed I asked them to make an adjustment and they responded quickly and took care of the minor issue. Their excellent customer service and focus is too notch!Matt R
