The problem with our whole job was the salesman. I think their front-line salesman should spend an entire day on the job with the installers actually putting the siding on so they know exactly what happens and they would know what they are talking about when they come to sell. The salesman was not totally informed about the product. He told us things that weren't true. He wasn't up to speed about the ins and outs of the product and what the installers could actually do with it when it came to the installation. That guy needs to get some training.

I would, but I would explain the installation steps and what to expect so they wouldn't be left wondering what was happening.

Hubbard has a book of pictures of completed roofing projects in my area that I was very impressed with. They did a great job of shingling so we choose to use Hubbard to do our residing project. We are pleased and have no reason to regret our decision to go with Kelly and Hubbard.

We had two Polish men that were the workmen on the site. They were excellent. I would like to stay in contact with them. Hubbard does not want me to stay in contact with them. They were fabulous workmen!

We contracted Hubbard in August of 2021 to replace our roof and siding, related to hail damage. We knew up front that there would be a delay in getting started until spring 2022, however the work did not begin until June. The PM did an excellent job of liaising with our insurance company to include damages that had been overlooked initially by the adjuster. The roof took ~ 5 weeks to complete, and was complicated by significant leaks into the interior of our home during heavy rains. The roofer assigned to the job was haphazard, and attended work inconsistently. The job was eventually taken over and completed by someone else, thank goodness. The siding replacement was accomplished smoothly, with Team Lead Jorge doing a terrific job. However, we were frustrated during this process by difficult communication with Hubbard staff, and the addition of costs that were "missed" in the original contract. All in all, it was a year between the time we contracted with Hubbard to completing the project. We are satisfied with the final product.
