John (our initial contact) and Nick (The site project manager) wereboth very helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entireengagement. John answered and clarified our questions throughout thequoting and contracting process, and Nick was responsive andcommunicative throughout the actual work. The crew were also greatabout working with tight space constraints and mindful of notinconveniencing our neighbors during the work. Most of all the entirejob was scheduled, executed and completed much sooner than we wouldhave thought possible and we are very pleased with the final productwhich has greatly improved the appearance (and value) of our home. I'dwork with ICS again in a heartbeat for any similar projects.
