Excellent sales process and excellent workmanship. During the project itself, we had some communications breakdowns a few times, but JD Hostetter always resolved any miscommunications in our favor and made sure we were taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and recommend them, but providing a better project timeline, status reports, and more clear check-ins would bump this up to a five star experience.
