Kind, thoughtful, reasonable with an utterly amazing team!

We chose JKC to do a full exterior remodel including new siding, doors, a few windows, insulation and a complete overhanging porch rebuild. We're not quite done with our project yet but all the major work is finished and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work, level of communication and their ability to solve problems that came up by finding effective and long term solutions. All the staff are approachable and professional, there are no pushy sales tactics and they are completely straightforward. We couldn't have made a better choice for this large project to protect our home.

Absolutely would recommend. From the minute I met Joe I knew this was the right choice and every step to the end of the project confirmed that. He listened to what I had to say, offered options for solutions, stayed patient with my decision process, and he obviously takes great care in hiring and training a first class crew.

When it came to the exterior remodel of our 30 year old house we knew it would be more than replacing the siding (removal of LP T1/11). It turned out that we wanted windows, entrance door, gutters and garage door replaced as well. Joseph Ketner was the 3rd contractor we got a quote from. The experience with him was different from the very moment we met. Joseph listened intently to everything we mentioned and took extensive notes. He asked questions that told us he understood what he was hearing and already thought about how it could be realized. We were explained the options and never for a second felt that we were in a sales situation. That was a refreshing difference to everything we experienced before! From the staging of materials to the final walk through we were amazed by the professionalism displayed. Whatever was promised was delivered. Crews showed up when expected, respected us and our property, cleaned up every evening, and did superb quality work. Staff at the office was always reachable and very helpful with every question or request we had. Neighbors commented that they have never encountered any work crews so quiet and pleasant as ‘ours’. Strangers, neighbors, and friends comment on the stunning transformation of our house. If you are reading this review and question if this can be the truth - rest assured, it IS the truth. When exterior work at your house needs to be done, do not hesitate to give Ketner Construction a call. You will be glad you did.

Truly enjoyed the work done through Joseph Ketner Construction. Joe came out to my project and discussed my scope of work with me in order to accurately provide what the project required. Prior to mobilizing to begin construction, I was able to work with Ketner Construction to build a schedule around my timeline and approve submittals for the material being used. Great follow up from Joseph Ketner Construction also to ensure that the work was acceptable and the I was ultimately pleased with the project. Thank you for all your work!

every instance where i questioned the way items where installed, to the process, to details about the paint, the particular representative came to my house to answer questions and evaluate the work as to the quality, . From the house wrap and the caulking used , installation of siding and how improved methods were employed. Joe had the company Reps assess each major step before proceeding to next. 100 percent satisfaction was their goal.

From start to finish on our siding and roof project, Joe and his team were amazing. During the project, they were always professional, courteous and kept me involved in every step of the process. It was SO very refreshing to work with Joe and his whole team. (Loved having Armando and his crew here.) Joe worked with my schedule from the very first phone call. This company is professional, organized and the workmanship is outstanding. If you are considering exterior work, do yourself a favor and work with one of the best. Joe and his team took photos of every step, and co-ordinated very well throughout the whole project. In fact, I thought the job was finished and there were a couple of areas Joe was not quite happy with, he thought it could look better, so he had his team come out and make improvements. And he was right, the finished job is perfect, my dream home.

This was a major project for us (new roof, siding and windows); needless to say we were anxious and concerned about choosing the right contractor. After much research and meeting with Joe in our home, we decided to go with them. He was upfront and professional , and we also liked that we were able to work with one company rather than having to use multiple contractors for the different aspects of our job. Brenda is an absolute pleasure to work with, she was friendly, timely and responsive to our many questions. The onsite teams were also great to work with; they arrived when they were supposed to and worked tirelessly to finish our project ahead of the rains. The job came in at the estimated cost and ahead of schedule. It was refreshing to work with a company who provided EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and would not hesitate to do so in the future.
