Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job on our home. We essentially had him replace almost all of the windows and remodel the whole exterior except brick with Hardie Plank and Trim. Ryan is upfront about his business model, and offers a competitive advantage over many other options in the area. As always, something pops up when doing these types of jobs, and Ryan was extremely quick to respond and address any issues. We will have KC Exterior Pros back to replace a few more old windows in the future.

I have several rental properties in the Kansas City area and have had for 30 years. I've dealt with many companies with construction/repair projects and I will say that, overall, KC Exterior Professionals may have been one of the top 3 good experiences I've had. As the owner, Ryan, would probably tell you, I expect a lot and some would say I'm a perfectionist so I can usually find something that could have been done better. I didn't have one complaint and I so appreciated the fact that Ryan either answered his phone or returned my calls within a short time. I will definitely use the company again on other properties and will refer business to others.
