My home exterior makeover looks amazing! After meeting with 8 different contractors, all ranked highly on Angies list, meeting with Gino was like a breath of fresh air. He didn't talk down to me (I'm a single female homeowner that's done a lot of the interior's renovation on my own.) and wasn't at all cheesy sales pitchey. It was also clear that he wasn't just a sales guys, but also well versed in the details of the steps it would take to re-roof, re-side, paint, and all of the other details. What was really unique was that he clearly had an eye for design. I hadn't fully hashed out all of the design details and he had some really great design suggestions that suited my 1908 dutch colonial home's style. THAT is something I hadn't seen in any of the other contractors at all. Everything that was in the original work order was done on time and looks amazing. Neighbors and passer-bys have left notes telling me how great the exterior renovation turned out. Its so nice to come home to a house where I don't have to worry about shingles flying off for another 50 years or the old 1970's siding that was falling apart. Oh, and that "house proud" feeling, yeah, I've got it now. It feels really good to pull up to the house. I definitely recommend their work and Gino's excellent project management and customer service.
