The folks at L&L came promptly when I called, kept their appointments as scheduled and on time, delivered a quote right away, made suggestions and completed my project exactly as we had agreed. Their crews are the best and Allen, my project manager, went out of his way several times to be sure I was completely satisfied with the work. My new roof and Hardie Board siding looks gorgeous and I couldn't be more pleased with the job L&L did for me.

The contractors cut through the wall in my dinning room and closet. they replaced the wallboard and painted. Did not realize they had cut through the electrical until they had finished the job and they had been paid. I contacted them and was hoping they would pay for that but have not heard back from them. It has been several months at this time.

We were very pleased with the work L&L did. They were very accommodating. Before construction started we went over what we wanted, and they made sure we were getting everything what we wanted. We were really happy with their service. They were very communicative, and kept in touch every step of the way.

L&L Contractors did a fabulous job on my house. I replaced my vinyl siding with James Hardie siding, added a couple windows and replaced my doors. What a difference! My house really pops now with the change in colors.

Project manager Mark Gilday was professional, dependable and respectful. Francesco and his crew were hard workers and very engaged in completing the project. I actually signed on for a second, one-day (as it turned out) roof repair/refurbish project that was completed timely. I am hopeful that it also stopped a long-standing leak near my chimney. I would not hesitate for a moment to contract any project they would take on. They set a high standard for their industry.

We added a screened in porch to the back of our home. Dave Thomas and his crew were able to tie it into our difficult roof line seamlessly. It looks like the porch was built with the house. We are thrilled!

We received a referral for L&L when we discovered that we had a major issue with our home. The builder had not wrapped anything prior to adding the (very small amount) of vinyl siding which had been leaking on the inside of the house unnoticed for a very long time. One of the main supports of our home was rotted and insurance denied us due to an obscure "addendum" of water leakage -- visible of not. I called and scheduled an appointment with L&L for someone to come out and assess the damage and give us an estimate of cost. AJ Sweeney was prompt on the day of the scheduled visit and was very direct in what he saw and the repairs needed. He was personable,courteous, responsive, and very knowledgeable.The project moved along with repairs not interfering with our daily lives (anymore than could be expected when you have to remove all your furniture to have your hardwood re-sanded!). They worked with us to schedule services while we were on vacation to minimize the impact to our daily routine. We have been very satisfied with L&L overall and especially AJ. I feel that he has integrity and hasn't gouged us in any way to increase or sell us services we don't really need. It has been a pleasure working with AJ! I would highly recommend L&L and AJ to anyone needing contractor services.
