My search consisted of finding a contractor who had the experience, knowledge and commitment in stucco remediation and window replacement. I went through a very stringent contractor selection process in stages and then narrowed it down to 3, then 2 who underwent an intense interrogation process. I chose MHx due to 1) the details provided with their quote 2) their ability to answer my 20+ documented questions (answered in detail), 3) their BBB rating, 4) their on line reviews and references (all excellent) and 5) my comfort level knowing this company could do the job and do it well. My project manager, Andrew Kim was ever so patient and always took the time to explain in detail EVERYTHING! An email or text message never went unanswered but more than that, he took the time to understand me. This went a long way with my trust in MHx but more importantly in Andrew as he always had my best interest in mind. The project finished on time, without issue and the workmanship is outstanding down to the finest of details which included James Hardie and Vinyl Siding, 29 New Windows and 2 new Skylights.
