I was incredibly impressed with Northern Lights Exteriors. They were professional, responsive and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the project. They did an awesome job replacing the siding and gutters. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a large job to be done on their house.

I’m so glad we decided to go with Northern Lights for our siding replacement. They were extremely responsive when I needed contact and kept me informed at every step along the way. They also were very competitive in price, I had 4 companies bid on the work and Northern Lights was right in line with the others.

The NL project manager, office staff, and installation crew were refreshingly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Our long list of questions and requests for information were answered in the first meeting and the detailed written quote received two days later. The four other Hardy web site list bidders we interviewed were much less professional and thorough. NL stuck to the start date and install period provided in the quote despite bad fall weather. The install crew worked long consecutive days and took pride in the quality and detail of their work. We are very happy with the sharp look of the pre-colored siding, trim, soffits, and gutters. We had the gutter crew install leaf guards so there will be no reason to be on a ladder for at least 15 years!

Fast, thorough, and professional

Northern Lights Exteriors is a great professional company from the secretary to the project manager and crews. They did an amazing job and my old house looks brand new! I would highly recommend this company vs the six other companies that bidder for the job. They followed all the James Hardie project plans, regulations, and it really shows. Very impressed with how great the siding is, new gutters, and painted my doors to make my house pop.

The siding crew was without a doubt the best crew, and I would give them a 4. The roofing crew did a fine job and their quality would be a 4, however their use of a second language to talk inappropriately and unprofessionally would put them at a 0. The project managers would have a rating of 4.

I have worked with many subcontractors over the years. Northern lights is the BEST company I have ever worked with. EVER!! The cost of the job compared to other bids, knowledgeable employees, kept up to date on things and the siding looks amazing. I couldn't recommend the, any higher. They are that good and I am a very picky person

Northern Lights Exteriors provided outstanding service that surpassed my expectations!

Be sure to know what is included in the scope of work for your exterior project.Overall the project was handled and completed in a professional manner. We had one replacement windows pane that was broken in transit that took a little while to get replaced. The siding was done well and the inspector was impressed with the quality.

Northern Lights was the most organized and responsive of the 4 companies I asked to give me a proposal for siding and they even gave me several different options for how the work could be done. I had some timing deadlines and they worked to make sure they were met with room to spare. Even the city inspector complemented their work at the final inspection. I have already recommended them to several friends.
