While the overall outcome of the job is acceptable, it's not an experience I would wish upon anyone I called a friend. Throughout the active work period, I found that my feedback was routinely ignored. When this feedback was about issues and I was assured they would addressed, they never were and instead there were several instances where work needed to be corrected or completed even though the project manager had signed off on that stage. The attention to detail was sorely lacking, and we are now dealing with the uncompleted items ourselves because the project manager simply refused to schedule them.

This was the first *big* project that I've done on my house by replacing the siding on the house and a detached garage, in addition to all of the original, old double hung windows. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with the final outcome. Neighbors in this area who know of the house's previous look and condition have frequently commented on the beautiful final result. They were also very complimentary of the workers and their professionalism during the whole siding portion of the project. Although this took a lot longer than I, and I think Patriot, thought, the end result was well worth it! My wife and I now enjoy, rather than cringe, when we drive into our driveway.

We were introduced to Patriot Contracting (and two other companies) by James Hardie as one of their elite installers. We met with all of them and got quotes. Patriot was by far the most cost-effective, but I made sure to check references. We are 99% done with the job, which ended up including the roof. The house looks great and the teams were efficient and great to work with.

Loved working with Patriot. They are responsive, proactive in helping to find solutions, and understood our budget needs. The project manager was on site daily and the communication was excellent.

There was a lack of communication in the beginning. But after a few emails and phone calls, everyone got on the same page. The project went very smoothly and was well- done. The staff responded well when I had an issue and was very polite.
