The majority of the work was done nicely. Small items like not scraping off old putty on wood work, and just painting over the top of it, and the slight damage done to outdoor, metal window frames really did not give the house an "entirely new" look as was discussed during contract. Perdue was (and continues to be) available for fixing items that we found made our home look less than "new." The crew is professional, and hard working. Our home (a 2,000 sq foot - 2 story) took 2 and a half months (and it took my husband and I a month to finish the yard clean up). It was difficult to continue asking for changes we felt looked aesthetically problematic. The price of the job WAS lower than some other siding companies. I don't know that I would have chosen pre-painted Hardy Siding had I known of some of the limitations, and the difference in color between the samples, and siding are pretty dramatic. That being said it turned out to look good (more gray than blue though).
