I would go with a 10 star rating if I could. What stood out the most was the perfection of their work. All crew members from sales to the construction crew were great. Every one of them was courteous and organized. Every detail was in place. They kept the job site clean and finished in a very timely manner. As a real estate professional, I'd highly recommend this company to customers, neighbors and friends.

Fantastic job. Details done with perfection. These guys know fiber cement siding. Every joint and cut is flawless,small things like the cuts and angles with the lap siding, on corner molding ends, the flashing bend details, artisans at work. From the primary setup for the job, done to perfection, they even order their own porta potty, the dumpster, the receiving of all the material needed, was done like clockwork. And they had to work around harsh winter weather, they did it all. They redid the soffits, fascia boards, to perfection too. The house looks brand new. Hardie board done by Precision #1 is the way to go. They even worked around interference and obstruction of 8 skylites on a back room, with total ease, these guys know their stuff. Clean up after was perfect, price was more than reasonable, for the A++++ job results, and attention to details. Absolutely the highest recommendations, top quality in all aspects. They met EVERY promise and detail.

Mark and his team were the most professional and skilled contractors we ever hired. From start to finish they were a pleasure. Mark gets back to you promptly and his staff is very experienced and does fantastic work. All are very polite, tidy and have excellent reviews. He even gave me homes to visit to see his work up close before our extensive siding and window project was started. Awesome company!!

The removal of the stucco was quick and and extremely clean. Any issues found were well documented and cleared up quickly. Mark from Precision #1 gave us a prompt fair, written, detailed estimate of the work to be done and we were also very pleased with his consistent attention and follow-up throughout the entire construction phase. His team did an excellent job in removing the stucco from our home, installing new HardiePlank siding and cleaning up. The quality of the completed project met and exceeded all of our expectations and all the workers were very friendly and kept the work site very organized and clean.
