We HIGHLY recommend Preferred Home Improvement!! Our home is everything we've dreamed of and more! Mike, Mike Jr and their team exceeded our expectations! Mike worked with us on every detail to help us make sure we made the right choices! We had the ENTIRE outside of our home redone by them. The siding, windows, doors, front patio & pillars, walkway, windows and deck (plus they extended it and did the A frame) and could not be happier! They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The teams that came out to do the work were the best! They were hard working, friendly, professional and did an amazing job! Plus, they cleaned up each and every day! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you Mike, Mike Jr and your entire team for giving us our dream home!

My overall experience with Preferred Home Improvement was outstanding. Mike D’Amario (owner) has a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, very fair and transparent pricing, and demonstrated excellent communication and flexibility throughout the entire project. He served as a thought partner, helping us make good choices and adjustments along the way. Finally, his employees were professional, friendly and trustworthy. Once the project was underway, there were zero delays along the way. We are thrilled with the outcome of our very large home project, which was a complete re-do of our home’s exterior.

Mike and his team did our major home renovation and we are thrilled with the results!! We had stucco removed and replaced with Hardie board, all new windows, doors, shutters, soffits, gutters and downspouts. We also added a front portico and pent roof over the garage. Mike and his team provided high quality workmanship and were extremely professional. It looks amazing!! I also appreciated their communication throughout the process. Some of the work needed to be adjusted as the project was in process and Mike was great at listening and incorporating our requests. 100% recommend Mike and his team for your next home project!

Preferred Home Improvement worked with my family to create an updated look for our home while also improving the structural integrity of it. Each crew was exceptional. Truly craftsmen who created solutions for small problems which arose during the process. I recommend them highly.

Overall, ninety percent of the project was good. The workmanship by the main guy on the job was top-notch, but the communication could've been a little better, and we wish the porch didn't have a crack in it.
