Premium service at a fair price.

Everything was great. It looks great. We had some custom things my wife wanted to be done, and Premium Siding and Painting Co was able to handle it very well, and she liked it.

I received quotes from multiple companies over a 2 year period for windows and new siding. We ended up going with PSP because of their low price point while supposedly receiving the same windows as competitors. We were given an 8-12 week timeline with our quote while other companies were saying 20. This was another selling point. Well, we ended up waiting 6 months with multiple delays. This is with me initiating contact about the status most of the time. PSP didn’t even want to call me and tell me there was another delay so they had their supplier do it.. Once the windows came in, the order was wrong because PSP failed to submit the correct design. So I had to wait another 3 months for the correct windows to come in. As far as the siding, they did a great job as long as it was a straight line. They tried 3 times to cut an arched trim piece and I still have a misshapen arch over my front door. The painters were very efficient and did exactly what I wanted. They were wonderful. Throughout this process, I was dealing directly with the owner because of all the miscommunication and poor organization of the project manager and the office. Since the window install, we have noticed multiple warped screens and even a screen that is completely different from our other ones. We reached out and have since been ignored. So if you want average quality, long wait times, and poor communication for a great price, go with PSP.

Premium Siding provided a timely, detailed bid and worked with us to make additions and changes to finalize the bid. Team leads were professional & communicative and addressed our concerns. The owner met with us and offered helpful recommendations for repairs in the immediate project area and even type of paint etc. Would definitely recommend Premium to others and not hesitate to use them again.

From start to finish, all the crews were really professional. The work was done extremely quickly in a timely manner. I had to have my siding replaced in less than three years. Premium Siding did a job ten times better than that original builder did.

Joe & Jennifer were great to work with. The BIGGEST thing they could improve is to go strictly with STANDARD e-mails and telephone Texts. All of this other electronic contact jibberish is just confusing & unnecessary for the older generation customers. The Main Construction Crew was courteous. The Painting Crew was courteous. and the Gutter & Downspout Crew was courteous but could use some "Do It Right the 1st Time" Training.

I found out about Premium Siding & Paint from Angie’s List. I spoke to Jennifer who asked some questions and then set up an appointment to have Joe do an inspection and give me an estimate. They had excellent customer reviews and I asked them to bid on replacing rotted and damaged T-111 siding on my 37 year old house. Jennifer is very professional.Joe arrived right on time and did a detailed inspection. He talked about what types of things they could do and answered all of my questions. He appeared to be very knowledgeable. Within a couple of days he provided a detailed proposal with Premium Siding & Paints' scope of work. I had also asked Joe to provide me a quote for replacing 8 single pain windows with newer more efficient windows. PSP's price was very competitive vs. big box and another contractor from whom I had also received quotes. I preferred to give PSP my business due to price and them being local and so responsive.It is impossible to see the structure of your home until you rip the old & rotted wood from the house. Salomon and his crew did a very thorough inspection and discovered some rotted 2 x 4's in several locations. There was damage from a previous contractor who'd improperly installed metal flashing around my chimney. These guys are skilled and very proficient. These carpenters went above and beyond and demonstrated why they are the secret weapon if you need to repair your home. They worked very hard for 3 days to: remove siding from 3 sides of my house, repair the rotted wood, rebuild my chimney, install OSB sheathing, install 8 windows, install 8" lapboard James Hardie Siding and finally replace rough cedar over my garage to match the original design of my house.These men were meticulously clean and left my property with all trash cleaned each day and material stowed and ready for the next day. When their portion of my job was complete, they hauled away all remaining material and cleaned up all areas as if they had never been there.The paint crew came in and Miguel, Joel and Jose did an excellent job of preparing the new construction for painting. They were also meticulously clean and the 3 of them were either spraying, painting trim or cleaning up. This is also a very professional and efficient paint crew. It takes skill to spray paint and have it look great while not making a huge mess. This part of the job was done in 2 1/2 days. Miguel told me he has worked with PSP for over 6 years and he and his team clearly know what they are doing. They made my home look brand new and I am so happy with the results. My neighbors love it too.I am very pleased with the results of my remodeling project. I love the way my house looks. This has improved the aesthetics as well as increased the value of my home. This entire process has been a breeze as a homeowner from beginning to end. From Jennifer to Joe, and then to highly skilled carpenters and painters, I highly recommend Premium Siding & Paint for any of your remodeling needs.
