Excellent quality work with attention to details. We especially appreciated punctuality, responsiveness, and prompt communications with Dan Johnson, efficiency, professionalism and care of every member of the team and its manager Alex. No wonder the company is called Pro Superior! Highly recommend.

This is our first time using Pro Superior Construction. We contracted with them in late June of 2022 to remove the old wooden shingle siding on the front half of our house and replace it with James Hardie concrete-fiber siding that looks like shingles. The wooden shingles had been stained twice in the past - but two decades of weathering had caused them to fade and crack. The sales manager, Dan Dyer, met us at our house and did a complete walkthrough of the exterior of our home. He was extremely knowledgeable about the James Hardie product (including pointing out that the product is made to resist wet conditions, fire, and insect damage - and to resist fading). Dan made helpful suggestions for some minor additional work on our porch pillars, the decorative trellis over our garage, and the repainting of our front door. The trim around the windows where the shingles were applied was also replaced. They painted the downspouts and the foundation area at the base of the house below the shingles. He gave us product samples and made color suggestions, and did all of the measurements of the property on the first visit. He prepared a contract that met all our homeowner's association (HOA) requirements, and made it easy to get approved, including providing samples of the siding. Throughout the project he always responded quickly to any of our texts or phone calls. When there were some issues in the delay in getting the siding because of pandemic-induced shortages, Dan always attempted to ensure that Pro Superior would continue to seek additional siding from multiple suppliers. He was extremely professional throughout the project - and conveyed any concerns we had as the project progressed to the workmen on the site.The work crews were incredible - they worked from time they arrived (usually between 7:30 and 8:00 AM) until the time they left - usually around 5 PM or so - except for lunch breaks. They responded to all or our requests (redid some painted areas if they were not perfect - meticulously applied the weatherproof caulking - and thoroughly cleaned our driveway, porch and walkways of paint spots.The office personnel - including Brogen and Anastasia were always friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to David and Peter who ran the crews.Hopefully there will be fewer supply issues in the future as these mitigate.We strongly recommend Pro Superior Construction.

We live in a high wildfire area in Marin Co. We decided to have our cedar shingles removed and replaced with a fire resistant siding. Todd Wannacott was the sales rep from Pro Superior Construction. We connected with him as he explained the James Hardie siding. After signing the contract with Pro Superior, they sent a crew of five workers. The crew was incredible. They worked extremely efficiently and cleaned up after each day.The crew drove from Sacramento every morning to our house in Mill Valley, CA. The completion of the project was within the promised time frame. We love the look of our house and our neighbors came to ask about the project and who was installing the siding.I would strongly recommend Pro Superior Construction for installing James Hardie siding.

We had a very large siding project that include five distinct building units. I interviewed folks all over the Bay Area for the job and was glad I selected this team.The work was outstanding. Our home looks beautiful. The installers cared about every board they installed. They took down all the items outside our home and ensured everything was put back together to my exact specifications. On top of that the crew was always polite and considerate in their interactions. Did I mention the quality?We also discovered some internal rot that was not part of the initial bid and it was fixed quickly and at a very reasonable cost.
