I have already previously posted a Google review, but to summarize, I am very happy that we lucked upon this company during a walk with our dog past another home in our neighborhood. I was able to watch the entire process and speak with that homeowner before calling H.E. for our own estimate. David Chernetskiy came to our home and walked us through the estimate to replace 25 year old cement board siding and our front-facing windows on a 2-story home. He professionally and politely answered our many questions in-person and follow-on questions via email. The work team was headed by Alex, who came to our home with a group of three or four men. The only problem we encountered was a language barrier when Alex was not present, but we were able to solve any problems via text or calls to Alex or David. The team was professional and competent, and they worked hard from start to finish, and every evening they cleaned the yard and street of construction debris. After the work was completed, we did discover a few minor issues, but those were also resolved professionally to our satisfaction. And we have been very satisfied/impressed by the significant improvement in heat blockage (especially upstairs) created by additional layer of OSB/membrane under the new siding. Although I am not a construction expert, we have spoken with other neighbors in our subdivision about that discovery, given the fact that most of the homes in our area were built when the building codes did not require that level of protection/sealing. We've also noticed energy savings on our electricity bill during the hot summer. Thanks for the hard work and great job!
