It has been over a year after having my Hardi Color-Plus siding installed by Robert A Ford. I can tell you he did a fantastic job and the quality outstanding. The installation was more of an art, and the craft workers worked with me around several more complex areas for installation and they impressed me every time. I obtained about five different quotes and his was competitive as a certified Hardi installer, even compared to a general contractor. Even after calling Robert after about 5 months when I finally decided to do the job, he honored his original estimate. I would highly recommend Robert A Ford to install your Hardi-siding.

I would NEVER recommend Robert Ford III to anybody. His company did such a shoddy, incomplete job on my house and broke 3 of my window, broke all my hurricane shutters, broke a bunch of my pavers on my driveway, front porch, walkways around my house and my back patio. His company also broke my composite wood deck in numerous places, along with splattering teal paint on my composite deck, that could not be gotten off, along with splattering teal paint on my decorative rocks around my house, spilled a bunch of white paint on my brick paver driveway, sprayed my newly painted garage door and it's windows with white paint. They scratched up and gouged my 2nd floor balcony so bad, that I had to have it sanded and restained. They also damaged my railings for my balcony. All the white caulking that they smeared onto my brand new Teal colored Hardibacker siding, was absolutely ridiculous and they thought it was ok for my brand new expensive teal colored siding to have a bunch of white caulking smeared all over instead of all the caulked spots being painted. So not only did they destroy all my hurricane shutters, which amounted to about $30,000 in damages, they were NEVER suppose to have touched them. I had already hired a hurricane shutter company to properly remove the shutters and to put them back up. Instead, Robert Ford's guys removed all the hurricane shutters, cutting all the electrical wires, and destroyed my shutters. They also cut the wires to my internet, without telling me and then I had to wait several days for the internet company to come out to rewire the internet. So after breaking my windows and destroying my hurricane shutters, it was hurricane season, which left my house unprotected against hurricanes and I had to pay him $25,000 to install impact windows, so that it replaced the windows he broke, plus took care of the need to replace $30,000 worth of hurricane shutters.

I've been in the area for a year and a half. Mr. Ford most professional I've dealt with when it comes to work on my home. I would highly recommend Mr. Ford and his company to anyone!
