Sela Roofing & Remodeling, Inc is a terrible contractor, don't use them.

The installers were very professional and courteous. They did fine work.

Working with Sela Roofing was very smooth, they mad the whole process seamless. They also worked very well with my insurance company.

The workmanship was very good but the communication and organizing from Sela was very poor. I ended up organizing most of the project.

I would advise people to have Sela do one project only. I am doing a re-roof, siding and storm windows. It has been over a year and the project still goes on. The production and scheduling departments are inefficient. In good faith, I spent 8 months October to May with a tarp on a quarter of my roof, knowing Sela would get to re-roofing my home when the weather allowed, I'm disappointed they did not show the same faith in me, and delayed ordering my windows. And now here we are with winter coming on and I don't believe I will have any storm windows on my house. Not something I'm looking forward to. Winter in Minnesota without the adequate protection for my home. And, the Sela commercials that state" ONE call, that's all it took", really gets me steamed! Perhaps the "EVERY MONTH" has edited out.

Sela Roofing & Remodeling provided quality work, the installation crews were respectful of property, and follow up was good when any issues arose.

The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The staff was pleasant to work with. We are satisfied with the end result.

They were trustworthy, dependable, very clean, and professional. The clean up was great. We were happy we went with them. We knew that they were the best.

We were very excited about the project itself, but when we saw the end result, it by far exceeded our expectations. I want to give a special shout-out to Pat Hall, our salesperson. He was a part of the process from start to finish. The whole team was amazing to work with.

I've had Sela do several jobs for me - 2 siding projects and 2 roofs. They do a good job and I especially appreciate that if something does go wrong (it happens!), they're very responsive about coming out to take care of things. I've had them tell me that honestly, my roof was fine after a hailstorm (after a stormchaser said things were dire) and they have also gone to bat for me with my insurance company when I DID have hail damage to get the adjuster to agree to cover the damage. That's what you get from a good solid company that's been around a long time.

My local city code was clearly communicated that the ice and water shield must be applied at temps above 40 degrees. SELA ignored this and did the work at 30 degrees. Now the city inspector will not approve the job.

This was a major project removing stucco from my house, repairing some damage, and residing the home with James Hardie, installing a new fireplace, and new decks. Sela did a superb job. The house looks great and they came in significantly UNDER budget. Highly recommended.

I shouldn't have to wait nine months for gutter screens. I am actually still waiting and it may be up to a year before I get them. I have been waiting for four months before getting the garage header. They are threatening a lien on the house if I don't pay within the next two days.

I would like to recommend Sela Roofing and Remodeling for their exceptional quality and craftsmanship, wonderful pricing, and attention to detail. The staff took care of everything in such a professional manner and I would definitely recommend Sela Roofing to anyone.
