From beginning to end, everyone was timely and professional. The quality of the work is second to none.

For years we'd been wanting to enlarge the windows of our house and replace the siding but we never felt excited to jump in even though we kept meeting with contractors. When we met Marek, we knew Smardbuild was the company we wanted to work with. We tend to want to really understand our options and take time making decisions and I never felt that Smardbuild was pushing us along. Marek answered all our questions throughout the whole project and was personable and creative. It was easy and fun and I've had tons of compliments from neighbors and passersby saying how much they love the change.

Mark and team were amazing to work with. Siding installation was completed with great skill and craftsmanship. The Smardbuild team communicated well and worked with us with great flexibility throughout the project! We would surely use them again.

Smardbuild was very prompt and detailed throughout our siding project. Mark was open and honest throughout the entire project.The project consisted of Hardieboard siding on a second story, gutters, soffit and fascia. In the end it all came together beyond my expectations. Smardbuild did a great job safely and on schedule.

After reviewing and comparing four companies, I went with Smardbuild because of the information provided, the answers given, and the follow through.

I highly recommend them. They will do you right.

We chose to go with Marek and the Smardbuild team because they were confident they could execute on our unique vision and could provide all of the services needed for a complete exterior renovation. My only regret is not finding Smardbuild sooner. Following a complete window replacement, we had the following work done: Replaced roof, James Hardie siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, removal of a stone retaining wall, brick replacement, painted brick to match siding, a custom balcony and various other details. We're still awaiting some custom entryway work and new door, but I'm confident they'll do an amazing job on that as well.Aside from the competitive pricing, there was excellent communication, professional workers who worked quickly and efficiently, a clean jobsite at the end of each day with quality craftsmanship.As a result, we have one of the most stunning houses in the neighborhood. We've recieved nothing but compliments on the work.I highly recommend the Smardbuild team for all of your remodeling needs.

Our siding project took me a long time to finalize. I met with many companies before finalizing with Smardbuild. I met with Mark who was prompt and willing to work with me on every need I had on the project. Smardbuild also gave me a very competitive quote. The staff that did our siding were great and answered any question I had at any point of time. They were not rushed and took their time not only in answering my questions but also in getting the job promptly done. I would recommend them over any of the companies I met with in the area anyway.

If you're considering any kind of siding or anything at all you have to include Smardbuild Construction in your plans. They are flexible, the price is very relevant, very informative as well. They have done so much work that they have many options of which you can take advantage of, things that you'd never think of yourself. They are also great people to work with.

We had Smardbild install five Beechworth windows and Hardieplank siding on our home and they did a great job. We had talked to several area contractors and received bids from three of them offering the same materials. They were all basically within range of one another but we selected Smardbild because the owner, Mark, was very easy to work with and knew the products very well. With the other companies, I was never introduced to the owner although I’m not sure that would have made a difference.As a side note, we did receive quotes for both LP Smartside and the Hardie product and they were not appreciably different. We decided to go with the Hardie product because we like the colors and it required smaller gaps between boards than the LP product. We deemed them to be equally durable. The Beechworth windows are impressive and yet a relative newcomer compared with Marvin and Anderson. They are certainly an upgrade to our original Semco windows and are nicely finished.Kris, our Smardbild carpenter was very detail-oriented and professional. From, installing the windows/siding to caulking and paint touchups, the finished product came out beautifully. SmardBild is a smaller company so you are working directly with the owner. Mark communicated with us regularly about the project schedule and always returned our phone calls. He was always polite and cordial and patiently addressed all of our questions. We would definitely use Smardbild again.

The entire process from estimate to finish was a pleasant experience with Smardbuild. Prior to hiring them I spoke to previous customers who were also pleasantly satisfied. During the entire process we were treated politely and respectfully by all involved. We were completely satisfied with the work done by Smardbuild and would definitely recommend others to hire them.

My experience with Smardbuild Construction was excellent.I hired them to replace windows and gutters at my house. All of them were very knowledgeable and skilled.
