My experience was very good.

I am very please with the service and workmanship provided to me by TruGuard.

Every employee we came in contact with through our project was friendly and knowledgeable. Our project manager communicated with us constantly. This was the best experience with a home project I have ever experienced.

The reason for having TruGuard install a new roof and replace the existing siding was due to poor workmanship of the previous job, So you can bet I paid close attention to how this job was handled and installed. They may not be the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend TruGuard to my friends and family.

I am very please with the job that was done on my house. It was an extensive project which included replacing my siding, my windows and my front door. The project was done in a very professional manner. All problems and issues were addressed and corrected in a very timely manner. The entire crew from the salesman, John, to the project manager, Jason and the crew were extremely pleasant to work with . I highly recommend TruGuard based on my experience.

The project management of my home renovations was less than desirable. It actually influenced my decision not to go with TruGuard next year when I replace the windows. Make sure your project managers know what a project actually is and how it should be run. A simple renovation on a small house shouldn't take weeks of inconvenience just because your project manager is a poor planner. Also, make sure that anyone representing your company has empathy and knows how to interface with paying customers.

I identified an issue when my siding was installed and made the project manager aware of the problem. PM quickly addressed the issue and ensured that it was redone the proper way. Upper management followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the project results. I have never interacted with a company that was so customer focused. For this and many other reasons, I would recommend TruGuard for your home project.

quality job except for wide gaps at joints and corners. Siding looks good and overseer was very nice and always available. Wish they would have recommended more siding in other areas that i had to later replace. Feel they are very pricey compared to other companies.

It is my pleasure to write this recommendation on behalf of TruGuard. Truguard was the contractor for a siding and gutter project on the exterior of my house in the fall of 2017. I had no prior relationship with TruGuard. The scope of the remodeling involved window replacement of all the siding and gutters and partial roof replacement for a two level house built in 1977. The project took 5 weeks and involved 3 work crews (siding, roofing, gutters) While major siding replacement is inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, TruGuard’s services as a general contractor were invaluable, and I am extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give my project manager “Travis Beaudry” top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Travis used subcontractors who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work crews. They had an excellent work ethic, good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. Their pride in their work was evident. They tidied up at the end of each workday. I also found them to be trustworthy, and I felt comfortable with their presence around the home. 3. Project management and coordination. Travis’s prior experience really paid off. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of my project, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities of different work crews effectively. He remained closely involved in overseeing the project from start to finish. His excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and commitment to follow-through are assets which enabled him to juggle the extensive details involved in my project without missing a beat. Travis’s familiarity with building codes facilitated a smooth and hassle-free process when it came to permits and inspection.

This was a great project. Everyone was very professional, did an outstanding job, and kept the site clean every day. The supervisor kept me informed, and followed the schedule exactly (weather permitting). The results are amazing.

We received excellent service start to finish. I have recommended Trugard to all of my neighbors and friends, and would absolutely hire them for another project. Courteous and professional sales team and terrific craftsmanship; no detail was overlooked.

Although, we were told they would be the best at installing the James Hardie Plank siding & trim on our house, the Truguard crews truly went well beyond our expectations! We are exceedingly pleased with the craftsmanship, concern and care our installers demonstrated and tinkled pink with the end result. Our house is beautiful again because of Truguard and James Hardie Plank.

TruGuard has been fantastic from day one. The neighbors also agree. I could go on and on about wonderful things about Tyler, Darrell and Eddie as well as the whole crew. They solved our issues and gave creative solutions. I was worried about the costs initially as it was a large project and we have no experience with this type of project but the guys kept us informedand happy. I'll actually miss seeing them, but happy we got such a god result.

TruGuard Construction group provided an overall outstanding experience from the moment I received a call from the sales representative to the conclusion and sign-off from the project manager. The sales representative provided me with a whole booklet with every single detail plus more on all the items he had noted when we did the initial walk-through for the quote. I was provided with Good/Better/Best options so I could decide the extent of the high quality materials I wanted used on my investment property and I never felt pressured. The project manager updated me every single day and provided me with findings and suggestions so I could come to my own decision based on his professional experience, and I came out being very satisfied and happy with the end result. I highly recommend TruGuard Construction Group to anyone who needs siding work done on your home and I will be contacting them for another project on my primary residence.
