The siding was fine. During the initial estimate there was no mention made of having to re-work the electrical mast through the soffit. This was mentioned, albeit obliquely, during a later estimate. At that time it was claimed I just needed "a new bracket." In fact to put the mast through the soffit to meet new code was THOUSANDS of dollars. I don't mind upgrading my house, and I'm perfectly OK with it, but your estimates need to be forthright and honest about the true, total costs of a project.

The basic premise of my experience was great. When I noticed an issue with the siding on my garage that was the moment I contacted Washington Energy Services about it. I spoke with the coordinator, foreman, and crew. Every aspect of the project was so pleasant! They were business-like but yet so personable. Everything happened when the said and how they said it was going to go. I was so pleased with how it all turned out!
