Morgan Exteriors did a fantastic job on our house. They were timely, friendly and did the job right the first time. Would definitely recommend.

On the window installation, the job wasn't done too well. A lot of things were messed up with the window installation, but the siding project came out really nice.

First contractors had to come back & fix issues with vertical planks not spaced evenly. The painters left one part of the house unpainted. The put the white paint on, but didn't paint the one triangle/peak of house the beige color that the rest of the house is painted.

I cannot because it is a mixed bag of uncertainty and inconsistency but please see my last response below

They fulfilled every aspect of the sales contract and fulfilled their promises. Morgan Exteriors is a great company. I wish I had more work to hire them to do.

Worst contracting experience I have ever had!!!

Overall, we are satisfied with the completion of the project, but poor communication and lack of gratitude from the company after paying $20,000 definitely impacts our likelihood of recommending Morgan in the future.

I am very disappointed with Morgan. Not only did the sales person, obviously,listen to what we needed the wrong material was ordered and delivered. I am satisfied with the material as it was an upgrade from vynil. The problem is now we have to hire someone to paint our house. Also one end of our house looks unfinished. I felt the installers were great! I would recommend them but not Morgan Exteriors.

The salesperson was very helpful through the permit process with working out issues needed for the approval of the permits. I never saw or spoke with him after that time through the construction phase or the finish process. The office staff always answered our questions or returned our calls. The Project MGR. was very helpful during the permit process but when it came time for the install dropped the ball at the start of the construction. The installation started with new windows and Morgan's Install staff did a fair job but didn't prepare the windows properly for the siding crew. They didn't set the windows at the proper depth for the siding crew. The sub contractor crew had to remove the old siding, install insulation, sheathing and Hardy planking and did a wonderful job. The property was cleaned every day of nails and debris. The painting contractor also did a great job. The job turned out very nice we are happy with the final project. We had a few broken windows at the window install. The replacement windows were opened at the job site to find they were also broken, reordered and after 4 months are finally being installed.

I was pleased with their overall work. I have no complaints at all.

Overall it was great! I am happy I went with a higher quality of material and the team was quick and efficient.

Morgan Exteriors did an amazing job on our siding, soffits, and facia replacement. Rolando is a true craftsman and would highly recommend his services every time. I made changes to the original agreement and they were happy to accommodate our needs. Morgan lives up to there A+++ rating.
