He was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was sincere. Not only that, but he was the first contact with Advanced Home Exteriors. Likewise, he was not pushy. He showed us product and had a booklet with information. He was well-prepared and provided information about the company as well as services. Furthermore, he went over the liability insurance. He was honest, fair, and very professional. Kelly, Mr. Jacks, the owner, and David, the team leader were all thorough from beginning to the end. Advanced Home Exteriors gave us information in advance about what would be taking place. They went over the materials and when they were coming out. They even asked us where we wanted them delivered. Likewise, they were accountable. They told us that they would be cleaning up, and they did what they said they would do. The company was transparent. I did not feel like they were just here to sale. The company has a good product, good workmanship, and good workers. They were truly concerned with what we wanted. They treated our property like it was their own. Not only that, but they were available and responded promptly. I never had to wait. Advanced Home Exteriors made sure the work and quality met our expectations. They consistently checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. They made the project affordable to us. Doing a roof is a lot of money. They had options available which drew us in. Mr. Jacks was respectful. He even came out to met with us. I know he is busy, but he took time to meet the old fashion way. He was well-prepared and brought the booklet out to us that other companies did not have. Other companies were just selling product. This booklet had questions with answers in it. It covered the liability insurance, the timeframe for the job and things to do to prepare the home before work starts. It also included things that Advanced Home Exteriors would do. They told us to take down wall decorations so that they would not fall during the hammering. Advanced Home Exteriors is an outstanding company. I have already recommended them to family and friends. They got the job done because of the people they have hired and the products they use.

I was pleased from the beginning when I received my quote. The pandemic did cause a delay in materials, but as soon as they came, they got started. All the people were professional and did excellent quality and represented Advanced Home Exteriors well. I was totally pleased. They did an excellent job. They answered my questions and were helpful. It was a superior job and I will recommend them to anyone. I was very pleased and happy.

We had a wonderful experience with Advanced Home Exteriors. Kelly was very helpful and didn’t mind our questions. He kept us updated when we could expect our windows to come in and when the work would happen. We had another company doing door installation and he helped find a solution to a problem we were having with that. We highly recommend Advanced Home Exteriors.

The estimator paid close attention to details. He even recognized an obscure spot of unmatched material on an adjacent surface that I had forgotten about. They installed a new back porch light for us and managed to save the house numbers on the front of the house. Their attention to detail made me a happy customer.

Everyone associated with our job was professional, helpful, and nice. They did a wonderful job on our HardiPlank siding and gutters. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Advanced Home Exteriors did an excellent job of replacing our 54 year old siding with James Hardie "color plus". The siding looks great and we have received several compliments from our neighbors. In addition, insulation was added to a couple of areas in the walls where it was missing. The workers and staff were easy to work with, and respectful of us and our property. I would recommend them to anyone in the Houston area that needs to have similar work done.

I noticed that there are a few areas on the house where they were a little lax with the spray paint. It needs a touch-up. Other than that, the house looks great.

The team did a great job of explaining what they were doing and keeping me apprised of their progress. No surprises or extra fees. The whole thing was done quickly and looks fantastic.

Working with a complex design, Rudy and his crew executed the job during the scorching hot Texas summer with the highest degree of professionalism and craftsmanship. I was very pleased with Advanced Home Exteriors. There were a number of issues that concerned me, but Mr. Jacks personally came to my house after the job and addressed all of those issues. I needed siding so badly I had squirrels chewing through my old siding. When the new siding was finished the squirrels tried to chew in causing some minor damage to the new siding. Advanced Home Exteriors took care of it. No questions asked. The sales person who came to my house was very friendly and easy to talk with. They are easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I will call them again.

All the work from the initial estimate to completion was done very professionally. I was kept advised of all aspects of the jobThe work site was cleaned up at the end of every day and the driveway policed for nails I would not hesitate to recommend this company

Exemplary job of installing our Hardi Plank siding and paint. Any and all questions I had were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. Excellent job of cleaning up daily and at the end of the job. Love the house now, and would highly recommend this professional team to anyone needing a great company! Thanks!!!
