He was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was sincere. Not only that, but he was the first contact with Advanced Home Exteriors. Likewise, he was not pushy. He showed us product and had a booklet with information. He was well-prepared and provided information about the company as well as services. Furthermore, he went over the liability insurance. Not only that, but they were available and responded promptly. I never had to wait. Advanced Home Exteriors made sure the work and quality met our expectations. They consistently checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. They made the project affordable to us. Doing a roof is a lot of money. They had options available which drew us in. Mr. Jacks was respectful. He even came out to met with us. I know he is busy, but he took time to meet the old fashion way. He was well-prepared and brought the booklet out to us that other companies did not have. Other companies were just selling product. This booklet had questions with answers in it. It covered the liability insurance, the timeframe for the job and things to do to prepare the home before work starts. It also included things that Advanced Home Exteriors would do. They told us to take down wall decorations so that they would not fall during the hammering. Advanced Home Exteriors is an outstanding company. I have already recommended them to family and friends. They got the job done because of the people they have hired and the products they use.

I was pleased from the beginning when I received my quote. The pandemic did cause a delay in materials, but as soon as they came, they got started. The estimator paid close attention to details. He even recognized an obscure spot of unmatched material on an adjacent surface that I had forgotten about. They installed a new back porch light for us and managed to save the house numbers on the front of the house. Their attention to detail made me a happy customer.

Advanced Home Exteriors did an excellent job of a complete re-siding of my 30 year-old home. Kelly Smart was great to work with and very responsive. The project manager Rudy ran a tight crew and I was comfortable having them at my property of several days. The workmanship on the siding is outstanding.

It is a refreshing change to have a company that you can trust work on a major project. I have been burned before by my A/C replacement project with a company that tries to offer you the world then leaves you high and dry when things start going awry. Not only is this company confident about their work (they didn't require down payment), there are no shady practices. They even go the extra mile to help you with unforeseen problems like when I needed rerouting of my A/C copper line. They provided a roofer to open up and patch up my roof for my A/C guy to complete the project instead of grabbing the opportunity to do another project with me as I was willing to have my roof replaced.
