I definitely loved the siding crew. They were so organized. Seth, the project manager, came out to the house, and he was just wonderful. The painters, the window guys, the siding crew, and Angel were all awesome. I never got to know the gutter guys. 

Colorado Siding understood the complexity of our Historical project and were attentive to all the additional needs required. The house now looks like the most beautiful home in the city.

We chose CSR/Bellweather for our complete re-siding job. They were hopelessly disorganized and the whole experience and final product did not meet our expectations. I believe this company could handle small siding repairs but they were obviously overwhelmed when re-siding a 900sqft home.

They were conscientious about doing the job and making sure I was satisfied. They communicated extraordinarily well. The owner came out, and he was the most gracious one of them all, which was nice.

I had talked to several former customers before deciding to hire Colorado Siding Repair, so I was confident they would do a good job. But they exceeded even my most optimistic hopes. From start to finish, in all aspects, this project was executed professionally. Tom was a very helpful and patient salesman. He never pressured us or used "hard" sales tactics. He answered our questions honestly and worked with us to keep the project within our budget. He positively influenced our color and style choices and told us exactly what to expect.Once the project commenced, everything ran like clockwork. The logistics were daunting, but there were no delays due to missing materials or equipment. I was awed by how well the job was planned.We had an amazing crew. I just can't say enough about this team. Marco, Isaias, Suany, Nury, and Sebastian . . . they were all fantastic. They were careful, meticulous, hard-working, thorough, conscientious, supportive of each other -- you couldn't ask for a better team. Even as temperatures exceeded 100 degrees, they put in long days and were ready to do it again early the following morning. There were no surprises or challenges they couldn't handle. No matter what, they would just get it done.Rigo took care of the final punch list items and he too was excellent - every last detail perfect.The final invoice was for the exact amount we had agreed to at the beginning, even though I know there were some surprises and unexpected material costs. At project completion I feel that Colorado Siding Repair delivered MORE than they promised. Before we started this project, I was worried about the cost. In the end, I'm really glad we did it and feel it was money well-spent.We love how our home looks now. It's a vast improvement; all of our neighbors say so too. It is also a great relief to have siding that won't burn, and to know that I'll never have to paint the house again. I would unreservedly recommend Colorado Siding Repair to anyone. I only wish that I could hire them to remodel our bathrooms.

Everything was very good. The project was completed on time. The expectations were always communicated, and they solved issues as times always change with construction projects. The crew was great. The crew did a great job, and they were very communicative.

They were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them.

CSR was $4,000 less than the next bid, but I really went with them because of the value. My neighbors compliment me on how nice the house looks.

These folks sure made a big really big project easy for me. They explained everything clearly and succinctly, arrived when they said they would, and always were courteous. Even when I decided at the last minute to have them add gutters to the project, it was no big deal. And I am ecstatic about the results! As are my neighbors, suddenly I have improved the neighborhood.
