Contract Exteriors LLC is highly professional.

My wife and I needed to replace the siding on our home, and because of water damage issues, we contacted Contract Exteriors, who came out and looked at the existing conditions. They looked at a set of drawings showing my vision, came back with a proposal and their view, and it matched my vision. They knew what I was looking for. Once we signed the contract, and it was completed, we were thoroughly satisfied with their work and their professionalism.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the work, I am very pleased with Contract Exteriors! Ryan did the initial consultation with me, quickly sent me a detailed and professional quote, and followed up efficiently without being pushy. Chuck was my project manager, also very thorough and professional! The dumpster/porto-potty/supplies were delivered a day early. There were a few small things the construction crew didn't do to my standard, and when I texted them to Chuck, he responded quickly and came out and fixed them himself. The billing side of everything was simple and easy to complete online. The dumpster got picked up later than anticipated, but Chuck communicated with me about it properly. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. Communication is key for me, and Contract Exteriors nailed it. I will absolutely refer them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Contract Exteriors for any siding job. The estimate was fair, the siding arrived promptly, the work began and ended on time, everything was documented with photos, and the people, including the crew who put up the siding, were great to work with.

The difference in my house looks remarkable, truly remarkable. Matt Kuzdrall was great, as my salesman, and Greg Roonan, the project manager.

The company did an excellent job in a timely manner in times of building boom, workers in short supply, and materials also in lagging, and or short supply, also. As in all building projects accidents may occur resulting in damage to screens, windows, fences, flower beds, etc. They are very diligent in pointing out these things and correcting them immediately at their expense. I did think the price was high, but you get what you pay for. I do believe I can look forward to decades of a quality finished Job. Greg Roonan, and Matt Kuzdrall are on the mark when it comes to balancing prep., disposal, construction, and clean up. Thumbs up Guys ! Looks great too, according to all of our neighbors . Outstanding company. They delivered what they promised. From the first contact with the salesman, David, he was extremely courteous and professional. The project was supervised personally by the owne David Hamn. I had new siding Installed and my house looks like a new home. Many compliments from the neighbors. The crew was on time, professional and cleaned up everyday after work. I plan to use them in the future. I highly recommend this company. They did me right!

Great job on a unique project where brick had to be taken off of our house from the second level and replaced with Hardie plank siding. Wil, the owner, is solid as a rock. And Kathleen in the office is etremely efficient for both the business and the customer, all while being incredibliy easy to work with throughout the process.

The workers worked extremely hard with long hours until the work was done.

All the persons associated with Contract Exteriors were professional and quick to answer any questions I had. We did have a small issue with payment, but everything was resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Contract Exteriors to anyone needing their services.

The salesman, Wade, and the Project Manager, Matt Whitley were remarkable. They were top notch.

They treated me very well. Some of my neighbors weren't having a great experience at the same time as myself, but I guess it depends on who you got. I had a good project manager. I had very good rapport with him and the crew. I'm very happy with the job I got. I was pleased.

Several years ago I used Contract Exteriors, LLC when I needed to replace my roof. They did such a good job that I contacted them again for replacing the windows and siding on the house. I highly recommend them for any work that might be needed on the exterior of the house. Jackie and Marc were amazing. Thanks for the great job.
