I highly recommend Contract Exteriors for any siding job. The estimate was fair, the siding arrived promptly, the work began and ended on time, everything was documented with photos, and the people, including the crew who put up the siding, were great to work with.

The company did an excellent job in a timely manner in times of building boom, workers in short supply, and materials also in lagging, and or short supply, also. As in all building projects accidents may occur resulting in damage to screens, windows, fences, flower beds, etc. They are very diligent in pointing out these things and correcting them immediately at their expense. I did think the price was high, but you get what you pay for. I do believe I can look forward to decades of a quality finished Job. Greg Roonan, and Matt Kuzdrall are on the mark when it comes to balancing prep., disposal, construction, and clean up. Thumbs up Guys ! Looks great too, according to all of our neighbors . Great job on a unique project where brick had to be taken off of our house from the second level and replaced with Hardie plank siding. Wil, the owner, is solid as a rock. And Kathleen in the office is etremely efficient for both the business and the customer, all while being incredibliy easy to work with throughout the process.

The workers worked extremely hard with long hours until the work was done.

All the persons associated with Contract Exteriors were professional and quick to answer any questions I had. We did have a small issue with payment, but everything was resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Contract Exteriors to anyone needing their services.

Several years ago I used Contract Exteriors, LLC when I needed to replace my roof. They did such a good job that I contacted them again for replacing the windows and siding on the house. My wife and I moved to Murrells Inlet SC in December 2014 and purchased a older house. We started to remodel, upgrade and make some repairs to our 20 year old house. We thought that we made the biggest mistake of our life because of all the poor contractors that we meet and hired during several projects. It was not until we spoke with our sales rep Kelly and meet their project manager Scott at Contract Exteriors that we knew we were hiring a company that really cares about the customers experience. It was our best experience and will only use Contract Exteriors on all projects in the future. Contract Exteriors is on Best out there. Please don't waste your time and money looking elsewhere.

Contract exteriors did what they said they would do. However, we had a hard time selecting a color for the siding because they only had tiny little color samples. They did agree to paint the siding after it was installed. They did this at their expense. The siding sub-contractor did an acceptable job but was very very rough on the roof. Some damage is to be expected but they broke about 30 shingles when they used a form of scaffolding to attach to the roof. They wore off a lot of the granular finish and tried to patch unsealed, broken shingles with caulk underneath the broken shingle. When this was pointed out, Contract Exteriors sent a fellow out to repair the worst of the damage. They did this very quickly. The roofer is working as I write this. I can not complain because Contract Exteriors is trying to correct the damage. I give them credit. The project manager was very good about communication and was very professional. He has tried to make things right.

Contract Exteriors kept us in informed and educated from start to finish in regards to the creek cottage siding and window projects. We continue to get favorable responses from our family, friends, and neighbors in regards to keeping with the traditional look of the cottage with modern material upgrades. The quality of their work was the highest order. The site was always clean they never left a mess in the area when the departed for the day. They were meticulous in their installations. They were helpful and accommodating to work with me as I wanted to add some features such as exterior lighting in the soffits. They suggested some trim features which enhanced the outside appearance of the home. During the installation, they put a nail thru an air conditioning line, but had my AC repair man come to fix it with no issue of the charges. They were excellent to work with.
