Workmanship was very good

Good company to do business with. We have had windows, siding and roof done at different times. Excellent sales staff and good project managers. All install crews have been friendly, professional, and extremely skilled at what they do. And, cleanup was done well.

The onsite siding and window wrap team of Ray, Luis, Andrea, Carlos and Dominique were very professional--they arrived on time, were hard workers, and worked efficiently and carefully. I also appreciated that they cleaned up the property before leaving at each day's end. I enjoyed getting to know them. Matt and his son did a great job on my gutters too! They were very kind and made a few recommendations and adjustments that were beneficial.

Craftsmen Home Improvements provides superior skill and professionalism whether at the sales, office staff or remodeling level. Their management team was prompt,courteous and engaged. My recent James Hardie siding project was the third major job I've had done by Craftsmen Home Improvements. I previously had them reside and replace the roof on another property. As before, I was impressed and satisfied. The peace of mind of knowing that a job will be done right is greatly appreciated. I will continue to use and recommend Craftsmen.

Everybody was very professional. I've used them twice for two different jobs and I feel they have done a great job for both of them.

We hired Craftsman to re-side our entire south Minneapolis home (~2000 s.f. inside) with Hardie board, replacing 75-year-old painted cedar siding.Eric the sales guy was terrific at explaining the options, and he used a tablet to show us the different options we had in doing siding, as well as what the specific options would mean. He also walked us through the process once we agreed to move forward.After we made the down payment, they mocked up the color options so we could see simulations of them on our house to pick the best color. They also couriered samples to our door so we could see the actual material. The installation was done exactly on schedule and looks terrific. They even came back to fix a piece of flashing that wasn't included in the original job, free of charge. If you need new house siding and you want a transparent, helpful, and professional company to do the work, look no further!

Price, speed and quality. Normally, you don't get all, but with CHI, we found you can have it all. I have had mostly negative experiences with contractors and actually somewhat expected the same when I hired them to do the job. With other contractors, there were always issues that I had to nag them to fix or finish, sometimes, they did, sometimes they didn't. This experience with Craftsmen Home Improvements was a pleasure from beginning to end, which wasn't very long. The crews were in and out so quickly we barely had time to interact with them. There was no mess to clean up and the attention to detail was superb. We had zero, repeat zero issues. They came, they saw, they conquered. I've never been more pleased hiring work done on my home. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had Craftsmen replace several windows and redo our siding and roof on both the house and garage as well as do a custom door and remove a rotting back deck. They were excellent; they maintained open and frequent communication and answered all of our questions as we went through the job. They immediately did everything they could to fix any problem that arose (our house is 100+ years old; natural to have problems) and followed through until it was right. They care about the client and the finished project; we would certainly go back to Craftsmen for future projects. The roof, siding and windows look phenomenal!

The crews were very professional and did a quality job on a timely basis. They cleaned up the job site well, and got back to us promptly with any concerns.

Craftsmen Home Improvements did a great job with my project (Roof, Siding, Front Door). They were able to start and complete the work ahead of schedule, they accurately estimated the cost of the work. The only downfall I have encountered is with the cleanup as I continued to find nails in my driveway after they swept with magnets and I am finding small pieces of debris in the yard from the roof install and soffits.

Amazing customer service service from beginning to end. We are very happy with how the project went and how great the house looks. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Craftsmen Home Improvements to everyone. This company is professional, experienced and carries a very high level of intergrity. The work performed was done in an excellent manner. All communication prior to, during and after the job was excellent. They followed through with me, not the other way around. All workers with this company were polite and professional at all times and the job site was always kept clean and organized. Timelines and budgets that were proposed were kept and any questions or concerns along the way were immediately addressed. Great company!
