I bought a home that needed a lot of work. The team at Holman transformed it to the best looking home on the street. Great work and super professional team.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Holeman and the finished look and feel of our home in Hardie Board siding. We were careful to research siding options, contractors, and pricing before we started. We signed with Holeman, Inc. because of their product, pricing, and customer service. The sales representative was knowledgeable and professional; and, the company worked with us to coordinate project dates with our schedule. During the project, the foreman was attentive and responsive; and, the workmen were skillful and respectful. All of the personnel were friendly and helpful. We feel we had a master craftsman on our job and the best crew possible. Working with Holeman has been a wonderful experience. We are very pleased with the way the job was handled, the care and craftsmanship that happened each day, and the finished product. We love the beautiful new look of our home; and, we will be very glad to recommend Holeman to any and all who ask. In fact, we already have!

Holeman company operates as a professional contractor, from providing a jiffy john, to a project manager that reviews the project quality and progress everyday with the construction crew. The construction foreman (Tom) was the driving force in producing quality workmanship.

I am pleased with the product and services I received from Holman Inc. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone who would like to have high quality materials installed on their home. The salesman, the Project Manager, and the Project Supervisor met with me as many times as I needed to finalize the design, permits, and installation of the product. Everyone involved made helpful suggestions that added to the overall aesthetics and durability of the final product.

One of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. David the salesmen was a straight shooter. Followed up on a regular basis but wasn't pushy in any way. No hidden charges. Any issues that came up during installation, which there were many due to the age and construction of the house, I was informed immediately and a fair solution was agreed upon. Andrew the supervisor was always a phone call away and Ron, & Will did a great job. They actually care about the end product looking perfect to the point that they cleaned our front door (not their job) so when you walked up to the finished entry you didn't see a dirty door next to brilliant white hardi-plank trim. They made it looked right. You might be able to get hardi-plank installed cheaper but you won't find better craftsmenship or quality and you won't find better service.

Friendly, courteous, and professional staff, and they did an excellent job.

They are all great people from the salesman, to the foreman, and the construction crew. They were nice, courteous, respectful and took care to not let my dogs out. They answered all my questions and explained everything. They kept me informed as to when they would start, how long the job would take -- everything. They made sure my painters caulked in accordance with Hardie standards to make sure my warranty remained valid. The foreman even came by a couple of weeks later and noticed a board sticking out a little and called someone over to fix it. The house looks great. I think I have a more solid house and the siding will make it more valuable. Further, the siding won't be rotting away as the wood siding did. I'm l00% satisfied thus far with the job from start to finish. Further, I met the owner and he was a very friendly and nice man and told me if I see a problem with any of the siding, even years from now, to call them and they will come fix it.

I was very happy with the company. They did a great job. The crew is extremely hard working.

We hired quite a few contractors during our renovations, but Holeman Inc. was the most professional, timely, organized, and skilled company we have dealt with, by quite a large margin.

Missed job cost estimate by over 20%. Jobsite was messy and crew showed little respect for existing utilities on our home (pool, pool equipment, patio furniture, patio decorations), but they did good work and were friendly. Heard the phrase "Im not calling you a liar, but" more than once when issues were brought up then had to fight over everything. Final clean up was poor. I ended up doing everything they missed just because I wanted them gone. I shouldn't have to be the one to point out caulking all over the windows, saw dust everywhere, and nails/ cigarette butts all over. In the end the house looks great its was just a painful experience to get to good end result.

We are extremely pleased with the project that Holeman completed on our home. The sales person was knowledgeable and thorough during our sales process. The work crew was polite, respectful of our home and did a beautiful job on our siding project. I highly recommend Holeman, Inc.
