I bought a home that needed a lot of work. The team at Holman transformed it to the best looking home on the street. Great work and super professional team.

They did a fantastic job on our soffits. The product was of the best quality, and the contractors that performed the work were craftsmen. Very professional operation - I was very impressed!

Mike, my installer, did my entire house by himself and he is really good at what he does. He does not get enough credit.

Missed job cost estimate by over 20%. Jobsite was messy and crew showed little respect for existing utilities on our home (pool, pool equipment, patio furniture, patio decorations), but they did good work and were friendly. Heard the phrase "Im not calling you a liar, but" more than once when issues were brought up then had to fight over everything. Final clean up was poor. I ended up doing everything they missed just because I wanted them gone. I shouldn't have to be the one to point out caulking all over the windows, saw dust everywhere, and nails/ cigarette butts all over. In the end the house looks great its was just a painful experience to get to good end result.

We are extremely pleased with the project that Holeman completed on our home. The sales person was knowledgeable and thorough during our sales process. The work crew was polite, respectful of our home and did a beautiful job on our siding project. I highly recommend Holeman, Inc.

They are a quality product, made my house look 10x better and younger. The project manager, as well as the crew, were professional and timely.

Take note if you buy the soffit installation with the ColorPlus option. I paid 10k extra for the prepainted product BUT after installation they informed me that didn’t include (painting) all the soffit they installed. A simple change on their contract could have prevented this miscommunication. They did give me a $500.00 Credit in attempt to resolve the issue - it cost me an additional 14k to prep and paint the soffit.

I purchased an investment property with old T-111 siding. Thought I could patch it. David convinced me to put new James Hardie siding on. The house would be so nice that I would sell it quicker and recoup my investment in the new siding. Well the house sold in one day. Yellow and White siding was great.

They did so well that we left their sign in our front yard for a month. An excellent job was done and I have no complaints.

It was the best company that I've worked with in a long time. I wish I had known they did windows, I would have used them.

Job went great. All workers were on time, polite, helpful and very neat. The installers/carpenters went beyond what they had to do in order to assist me in having a new chimney cover installed. These folks did a super job. From start to finish they were true professionals. I would highly recommend them.

Do Not allow them to persuade you to start on your job (citing their scheduling needs) when you know and have informed them that your windows which had been ordered by Jensen Beach Aluminum arrived in wrong color and had to be reordered in correct color. Jensen Beach Aluminum told me there would be a 7-8 week delay to get the windows; however, Holeman Inc said they needed to start my job anyway because materials were taking up too much room in their warehouse. Consequently, it took them 2 months instead of the promised 2 weeks to finish my job. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was told that it was all my fault (very rude and loud & had to ask him repeatedly to stop yelling at me) Told me reason they left my jobsite with job unfinished & dumpster in driveway & porta potty was because I was "out of town" when factually they told me they couldn't finish my job because the windows hadn't arrived (told them they wouldn't!) and they had to move on to another job. Upon hearing that they were leaving I then told them I would go to visit my daughter (I had no outside lighting fixtures, all had been disconnected, windows were concealed by Holeman wrap, home broken into by attempted burgler due to appearance of "vacant" home). What a nightmare. Some of their cement board had laid in my driveway exposed and was so blemished that they had to have a worker paint it. I had paid an additional 4,000 dollars to avoid painting because the salesman told me the finish would be baked on and have a 15 year warranty! Moral of story, stand your ground and don't let them persuade you to start job 2 months before you know (and have told them) it can be completed.
