Quick response, very professional, good job!

We are very happy with our decision to replace our vinyl siding with the James Hardie fiber cement board. The project went quickly and smoothly & we were well pleased with the siding crew (led by Noah) that completed this project quickly and in less than ideal temperatures (mid-January). Would be happy to recommend them to anyone that is considering this type of project.

The team at Holmes Custom was outstanding. They kept me in the loop of daily project progress, and even included pictures to show me what they had accomplished during the day. The crew was professional and efficient, and kept my yard as free from debris and nails as they could, given that it was under construction. Holmes Custom exceeded my expectations and I am referring them to friends who have exterior remodeling projects.

Finding a professional reliable contractor can be difficult so we were very happy with our decision to have Holmes Custom Renovations re-side our house. From initial meeting and estimate to the completion of the job each member of the team was highly professional and knowledgeable. Noah and his construction crew were punctual, hard working, and paid attention to the details that made for an excellent finished product. I would recommend this company to anyone considering an exterior renovation project.

Good process from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was professional, and addressed any needs or concerns that I had from the beginning. Very easy to work with, extremely satisfied with the way the house turned out, would recommend.

Ultimately, the siding job on our house looks good. It took a lot more of my personal time and effort to assure that outcome than I had hoped. The workers were super nice, great people. Apparently, they were supposed to have a 3 man crew, but the teams were short staffed and only two of them consistently showed up. The project took longer than anticipated because of this, but there were also considerable weather delays. Time delays weren't a huge problem for me, though. What most concerned me was attention to detail. The installers made repeated oversights and misjudgments in their work, some with significant functional and aesthetic impacts. Each day I would review their progress and often needed to point things out or ask that items be corrected. I spoke often with the supervisor who seemed to have much more experience and would come and correct things with the workers. The last few days, he came in and worked with the installers to get the job completed. I appreciated his help and intervention. Despite the persistence of relatively minor inconsistencies in the workmanship, the siding installation overall looks good. I trust that the James Hardie product will be durable. There was not an independent attention to detail that I would have hoped for from a group with a reputation such as Holmes, but overall I'm pleased with the outcome.

It was Kurt, Dustin, and Mitch, they all did a great job.

They were very late getting started on the project and very late getting finished as well. Also their communication was not good.

Overall the team did a good job and kept on schedule.

Our experience with Holmes from beginning to end was excellent! We were able to schedule a sales appointment pretty quickly after calling. Thomas offered ideas on how to finish tricky areas on our house and then delivered a detailed quote that was in line or better than other quotes we had received. We appreciated the communication from Holmes as our job start date approached. Thomas and Buddy came to our house to review the details before the job started. Then, we had an amazing crew working on our house- Ross, Ricky, Adam and Adam. They were not only very skilled and conscientious, but they were always professional and pleasant to be around. When they encountered problems, they always resolved things the right way, not the quick and easy way. The finished siding looks amazing and we could not be happier with the job that was done!

The did great work, but it came down the project manager keeping on task and onsite staff.

Buddy and his crew were simply outstanding. They were courteous, respectful, and efficient. Many people have complemented on the craftsmanship of the work.

I appreciate that various solutions were presented to me when obstacles were discovered. The crew was fantastic - we were actually sad to see them go when the project was completed!
