I think they did a good job. The main issue I had was with the recommended additions that happened after the project started. I think if they were more thorough with the initial investigation of the project, there wouldn't have been as many surprise additions. The project started as a $10k 1 side of the house siding replacement and ballooned into a $74k whole house siding and partial roof replacement. Some things, like finding mold after removing the soffits, couldn't have been known before hand. However as soon as the team arrived to start work they knew they would have to replace the soffits as opposed to just replacing the siding. That should have been included in the initial quote and inspection.
