I have used Imperial Building & Roofing Co. in the past to install a new roof and to replace my house's siding. I have not but excellent things to say about this company. My roof installation was a difficult and tricky project, I have a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and a few skylights, and there was a lot of condensation inside during the cold months. Imperial Building was able to come up with an ingenious solution to elevate the shingles from the roof and the problem was completely solved. The repairs took many days to complete, and they have always worked hard from very early in the day until late hours to expedite it. I followed the work closely and I was impressed by the level of organization and cleanliness of the crew. The company is also excellent in following up with its clients, with very responsive and polite representatives; I had once after the work was finished some concerns about the need to install extra gutters and spouts and my concerns were prompted addressed and resolved. I will definitely continue to use Imperial Building & Roofing Co. for my home structural needs.

We felt taken advantage of and pushed/bullied to pay out of pocket expenses that were not initially estimated. We also did not feel that that Imperial was interested in helping us at all in facilitating the insurance claim and ensuring the necessary work was covered.

ABSOLUTELY! AND WE HAVE! WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH THE PROCESS, THE CREW AND OWNER. NOT A CHEAP REPAIR BUT SO REMARKABLY WELL DONE. THE NEIGHBORS LOVE THE RENOVATIONS, AND SERVICE PEOPLE WE'VE CALLED FOR OTHER REPAIRS ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP AS WELL.

Imperial had a great team that did great work and in a timely manner. Mikhail was very responsive to my questions and great to work with. The onsite team worked hard and quickly, and the onsite supervisor was proactive with identifying potential issues and providing solutions. They were very accommodating with my change requests as the work progressed. All around great experience.
