We used KLM Contactors for our stucco remediation and are very glad we did. We looked at three different companies after realizing that we needed stucco remediation. KLM made the best presentation and we felt most comfortable in choosing them based on our meetings. They then proceeded to do an excellent job, verifying what we felt from the beginning.The house looks great now that they are finished and we have received multiple compliments from neighbors on how good the house looks. KLM’s crews were excellent and really good people to have on our property. And they got on well with our dog who was always outside visiting with them. Their attention to detail was superb and they approached the job as if they were working on their own house, not a stranger’s. The KLM ownership was present frequently and kept an eye on how the job was progressing. The ownership stressed developing a relationship with my wife and me and did so. They were good communicators, both in content and timeliness. If we had a question, and we had many, they answered it thoroughly and quickly. They stressed making us happy and they did.My wife and I would recommend KLM with no hesitation for any house construction work you need done.
