The KLM team is definitely providing a premium product. Every member of their team is experienced, professional and meticulous. Their results exceeded expectations. Yes, it was a construction project with it's share of challenges, but KLM was on top of things at every step, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our house is and looks much better than new!

They did great work. I enjoyed working with the team. They were sometimes hard to reach, however.

KLM completed an extensive renovation of the exterior of our home and were an amazing company to work with. They are professional, friendly, collaborative and do fabulous work. Their expertise and quality exceeds expectations and they provided valuable advice during planning and as the project advanced. All of the workers that complete the work are employed by them, specially trained, and work is closely supervised along the way. Their business model and philosophy is best-in-class. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

We were introduced to products that fit our budget and were shown the computer-generated design of our home before the renovation began. The team is extremely professional and cared for our home as if it were their own. The design consultant spent many hours with us to make sure the project went smoothly. We were so impressed by KLM, that we would like to use their expertise to complete another home renovation on our shore home. After 25 years of searching, we finally found the best contractors in the entire region.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with KLM Contractors for their recent construction job on the exterior of our home. They removed the stucco which was failing in parts and applied Hardie Plank siding. They did additional trim work around the windows and garage area as well. They paid careful attention to detail throughout the project and their handiwork was exceptional. They were very reliable and efficient, always showed up to our house as scheduled and completed phases of the job in a timely fashion. Finally, we really appreciated how everyone we dealt with was very responsive to answering our questions and making changes as the project progressed. We have no hesitation recommending KLM Contractors for all your remodeling needs!

We feel like the KLM owners and team members have become "like family". One could not ask for a nicer and more professional group of people. Maciej, Luke & Chris took great ownership and pride in the project. They provided guidance & solutions when they ran into unexpected issues explaining the options in detail and we never felt like they were piling on additional expense. With the size & scope of the project from planning through completion they managed the process; people & challenges never missing a beat. Very smooth flow. Our project included: whole house removal/repair/residing; all doors replaced; new deck; one deck removal; added window; repaired plenty of damage; chimney repair & repointing & overall painting. We were thrilled at the frequency & level of involvement from all three - Chris; Maciej & Luke.

Once they commit to your job they schedule each phase, they show up when expected and work to completion. All work is top quality, impeccable and makes your house the showcase of your neighborhood. You don't have to chase them, they frequently ask how things are going, their ownership is present at the jobsite daily quickly responding to your needs. There is not another contractor working locally doing large renovations who better stands up to their commitments while minimizing the stress of all the activity going on during the renovation. You may pay more (probably not) but you will get quality work that is backed by their warrantee directly by the ownership. Do not pay less and think you are getting a bargain. These contractors are not all alike. With KLM you get what you pay for and much more!

I can not say enough about the quality and professionalism of the work of KLM. They were extremely easy to work with. All of the crews were meticulous and thorough in doing their part. KLM was very organized and excellent with their follow-through. All requests and questions were met with friendly, helpful, and very positive answers. We used KLM Contactors for our stucco remediation and are very glad we did. We looked at three different companies after realizing that we needed stucco remediation. KLM made the best presentation and we felt most comfortable in choosing them based on our meetings. They then proceeded to do an excellent job, verifying what we felt from the beginning.The house looks great now that they are finished and we have received multiple compliments from neighbors on how good the house looks. KLM’s crews were excellent and really good people to have on our property. And they got on well with our dog who was always outside visiting with them. Their attention to detail was superb and they approached the job as if they were working on their own house, not a stranger’s. The KLM ownership was present frequently and kept an eye on how the job was progressing. The ownership stressed developing a relationship with my wife and me and did so. They were good communicators, both in content and timeliness. If we had a question, and we had many, they answered it thoroughly and quickly. They stressed making us happy and they did.My wife and I would recommend KLM with no hesitation for any house construction work you need done.

KLM has kept in touch with me every step of the project. The worksite has been kept exceptionally clean and we are very pleased with the workmanship.

Removal of the stucco, repair of damaged sheathing, replacement of damaged support and installation of Hardie board was done expertly. The work site was cleaned before leaving every day. The work force crews were professional and courteous. I would recommend KLM for stucco replacement for their excellent work product at a fair price.

Our experience with Maciej, his Dad Kris and the entire crew of KLM contractors could not have been more satisfying. After dealing with contractors on over 30 projects and being mostly disappointed, KLM has reassured us that there are still a few good ones. The crew arrives on time and works hard all day with only a break for lunch. There was no goofing off or anyone on their cell phones. Maciej was always interested in our ideas and suggestions and after careful research on our ideas he was not hesitant to incorporate them into our project. Information on new materials and costs associated with changes or suggestions was always shared so we could make intelligent decisions. If there was a issue or question, Maciej was always patient and persevered until the best solution was achieved. Until we met KLM we would never have considered doing a major project like a total renovation of a home, but now that we know them, the sky is the limit. We can not recommend KLM strongly enough. They can tackle any job with skill and craftmanship, they show up when promised, use quality materials have great ideas and are amazing!! We are so grateful to know them.
