I could not be happier with Mike and his team at Perdue. Mike and Miguel went above and beyond for us with our siding project. They were flexible when we decided we also wanted to replace the doors on our house. Mike helped order the doors and even painted them for us. He helped counsel us on materials and design for our siding project. His siding team did a fantastic job. Our house looks amazing. They were respectful, detail oriented, and always took time to do things the right way. Any request was met with a positive, can-do attitude and completed promptly. Perdue was not the lowest quote we received for the work, but they are worth every penny for their workmanship and customer service. It saves money in the long run to have things done right the first time! Their work product and integrity is unmatched.

The Best! Once we booked the job they were very good communicating when they would actually be able to start. Complex job on 70-year-old 2,000-sq ft home. Complete re-siding with Hardie, replaced 40+ windows (almost none of them just like any other), two small decks, backdoor stoop and steps, a shed. No super-heavy issues but almost every little step required creativity and problem-solving. Midcentury Modern style house with some quirky personality things we wanted to retain. The few times we changed our minds and asked them to redo a trim piece or something, they did it without complaint, and always had good ideas for how to give us what we wanted. The overall project manager from the office, Mike, was a 5-star communicator and problem solver and showed up on site once a week to discuss progress. The owner, Rich, came a few times to take a look. The two main crew bosses, Esteban and Miguel, were top end — did a great job and patient to hear our input (which, usually, they had already resolved any issues we were bringing up). All of the crew guys were great, pleasant and communicative but respectful of our privacy (we were there most of the time so they were working around us) and our neighbors. They worked hard, including some Saturdays and even one Sunday. Got it done in about two months. Left the job site clean. The finished upgrade looks great.

Mike and Richard did a great job providing options for our project and there was good communication throughout. The crew did a good job and kept the site clean. They answered any questions that I had and worked quickly to complete the project.

It was a pleasure working with Perdue Builders from quotation to completion! My project included new windows, siding, painting, decks, porches, and stairs. Everything they said they would do they did. I am a retired contractor with 30 years in the business and can attest to the fact that their work is high quality with great attention to detail. Right after the new year, amid the almost nonstop raining days, dripping of water was found in the fireplace area. I called Perdue Builders & Supply Inc., Richard (the owner) and Mike came next morning to check the situation and explained the details very clearly. They soon sent me two proposals based on different repair plans. They knew this repair was urgent due to water dripping and they were able to get us in within a week despite their tight schedule. During the repair, their site manager Esteban and the co-worker did a great job replacing the siding of the whole chimney chase as well as inspecting water infiltration damage. During the whole project, whenever we tried to reach them, they always got back to us quickly and answered our concerns patiently and professionally. Overall, we are very impressed by this company, from the owner to their employees. Perdue Builders & Supply is a professional company with excellent customer service.
