Preferred Siding Inc was magnificent. From the initial quote - which was a detailed walkthrough with honesty and explanation of what we were dealing with - to the finished product we received 5+ Stars Service. A lot of attention to detail and working with us to find the best solution. We got a lot of quotes, but most of them did not really know what they are doing and provided us quotes for things that would have resulted in additional costs later. Preferred Siding Inc. is strongly recommended!

Steve Ginsburg and his crew went beyond expectations. I am convinced that he is an artist and our home was his template. The siding is beautiful and has changed the whole profile of our home. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Crew was very easy to work with and very skilled and methodical in their approach including hand nailing and touch-up painting of the siding and on-site solutions for unexpected problems. Our house has received numerous compliments and drive-by visits and that's a testament to the quality of their work. This is a premium siding installation company and worth the cost as a long term home investment.

So many companies out there are doing it wrong and get away with it because the average homeowner does not understand the requirements of Hardie. Steve and Kathy are phenomenal at what they do.

Minuses: The job took way longer than expected and killed a large patch of grass next to the driveway. Most of the delays were weather related so were kind of expected.Pluses: Steve and Kathy were extremely responsive to my many needless worries and concerns. The entire job took longer which might have been a plus. We have an architect (works with contractors) who lives next door who commented that their work was meticulous and very well done. There were also some structural and insulation issues from when the house was originally built and their team improved on the poor design with cost effective solutions. The installation team was always courteous and friendly and aspired to make our house better in even the smallest improvements. Many neighbors have passed by since then and commented that the new siding is stunning and transforms our house nicely. I highly recommend the entire team.
