Our experience was positive from the first contact with Rick James. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different James Hardie materials, the process of application and the warranty information. Mr. James introduced us to design options that complimented our home! He measured the exterior and, that evening, we received the proposal via email. There were no "hard sell maneuvers" which we deeply appreciate! Throughout the entire process, Mr. James was consistently responsive to all of our questions. The entire Crew was professional, polite, on time and extremely well versed at their jobs. They were truly masterful! Roman, the head of the Crew, and Mr. James were in contact throughout the process. We are incredibly pleased with the entire process and especially the end result!
