Had mutually signed contract with specific choice in materials and siding. Incorrect (much cheaper materials ) were delivered and installation began before I realized mistake and asked lead installer about materials. He showed me a copy of contract with cheaper materials written in by hand. I stated that was not the contract I signed and said I would contact sales rep/owner when I returned home later in the day. When I returned he said his boss recognized their mistake and would take incorrect materials down but project would be delayed as new materials needed to be delivered. The whole thing felt very shady and manipulative.

I am so lucky to have found RPS Remodeling , absolutely a pleasure from start to finish, my project wasn’t the easiest due to my location way up in the mountains, the crew showed up every time on time and with fun energies to be around ,not only they are extremely talented , professional and clean they are a lot of fun to chat with . Paul was the project manager and he was an absolute pleasure to communicate with , so simple and fast response. Building a house is not the easiest process so to have a company like RPS was a real treat. So many thanks !
