Project involved replacing the damaged vinyl siding on one side of my home. Vinyl siding was replaced with a higher quality product (James Hardie Siding) which will not melt. Due to heat from summer sun on this side of my home, final coat of paint was applied in the fall. Unicorp Home Energy management and supervisory staff are superior in every respect and provide homeowners with an excellent product at a very reasonable cost, employing skilled contractors whose work is exceptional.

Alex was fantastic throughout the entire process with us. He was patient and explained everything, as well as worked through all of our questions along the way. We had windows, siding and a new roof put on. JR, Dave and their crews that came and did each of those were friendly, helpful, courteous and were clearly experts in their respective specialties. We would recommend Unicorp without hesitation to anyone looking to improve their home. The work was fantastic and it looks great. We're very happy with everything they did.

They presented multiple options for siding; we did not choose the most expensive selection, and they worked with us on our selections. They finished within a week, showed up every day, and cleaned up well. They answered all of my questions throughout the process. They stand by their lifetime labor warranty.

Unicorp Home Energy Services did an awesome job installing Hardy siding on my house. Everything seemed fine, until the crew showed up to install the rain gutters. The crew did very poor job installing the gutters. There are places where the gutters are visibly bent or crooked (not by design). I made a mistake of purchasing gutter guards from Unicorp. I do not recommend this option for anyone. The gutter guards used by Unicorp have a huge design flaw. The holes of the many other gutter guard brands are oval like and wide enough to allow proper water flow. The gutter guards used by Unicorp, however, have small round holes. Those small holes work well with light rain, but heavier rain causes the water to overflow, which makes the whole gutter system somewhat useless.

The house looks even better than I imagined it could. The owner Brain, was very friendly and professional. He seemed personally invested in the success of the project.

I am tremendously pleased with the whole process of working with Unicorp in planning and installing my new siding. It was easy to get questions answered, and the crew were clearly knowledgeable and experienced.
