If there are any friends that are looking for a company to install James Hardie color plus siding I would recommend Pacific Exteriors.

They were very professional and our house looks great!

I would recommend Pacific Exteriors for the quality of their work and their transparent communication regarding cost, scheduling and follow-up. My questions were always answered in a timely manner.

We contracted Pacific exteriors to do the siding on our home as well as the replacement of a number of windows. The work was done On time, on Budget, and the crews were fantastic to work with. We are so happy with the outcome and the quality workmanship.

We would highly recommend this company because of their professionalism and because their project manager Jason did a great job making sure the job was done to our satisfaction.

Pacific Exteriors LLC was very professional and quick.

I really like the quality of their work. The people showed up and did a good job. The lead supervisor was very good about making sure the people did the work. If he saw anything that needed to be addressed, he took care of it right away.

I would recommend Pacific Exteriors LLC to people who were in my situation where I needed insulation replacement but I would warn them about my experience.

I think they are probably a great company, however communication was terrible. The first PM I had was good, but then all of a sudden he was always gone, then after weeks of no communication, I was informed he was no longer my PM. This happened again with my 2nd PM. Then I had a 3rd. Promises were made about getting things done and then I would never hear from them. If I never called asking questions and when things would be done, I think my project would still be ongoing. Communication was unfortunately just terrible and I would rather have had another company with better customer service after it was all said and done. That being said, the admin staff of the company was always really helpful, and the crews working on site did great work. Only issue I have is some lifting caulk, I think likely due to the conditions outside when it was applied.

Amador was even more thorough than I asked, making sure the project was perfectly executed. Hardy board is pricey, but I will have this siding for many decades to come.

They provided excellent communication throughout the process. I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them.

Pacific Exteriors LLC helped us out with our project during the pandemic. Even though things were difficult at that time, they met all of our expectations.

Pacific Exteriors as a company is very good at selling their product. However the construction crew was disappointing in that 1. They did not speak english so that when we walked the job while under construction, they couldn't understand our questions. 2. The project manager was MIA most of the time so that our questions were not conveyed or answered in a timely fashion. 3. The construction crew didn't show up on the job until mid-morning then would stop for lunch a couple hours later working late into evening after dark wearing head lamps so they could "see" what they are doing. We considered it an unsafe practice working in the dark with climbing high-up ladders and garden rockeries made us concerned for their safety.

Pacific Exteriors LLC has good-quality products. The end result was exceptional. I would recommend that anyone who works with them get everything in writing and hold them to it.

Overall, they did a wonderful job on the finished product. I can't fault the crew for delay in materials. There was a screw-up on the order.

Everyone was great to work with. The job was done well and any issues they found were discussed with me in a timely manner.

Initial sales person was fantastic, professional, quick and thorough. The issues started after the first day of the installation. The first crew came on time, worked fast and did a seemingly great job. The next day they simply didn't show up! The two-day job then turned into a THREE WEEK JOB. In addition to the huge delays, the workers they found to actually show up came and then didn't do any work because they "needed materials". Then they told Pacific Exteriors they called out sick. When the work was complete a walk through showed the guy who did some of the work didn't do a good job, with gaps in the siding alignment Exposing the underlayment and some trim pieces had to be replaced and done with different sized materials. The cleanup wasn't very good at all to top it off.The rubber pieces from the barrier end up all over the place and resemble tic tacks split in half and there were staples and nails all over my driveway and yard despite then laying down tarps and using a magnet afterwards. I attribute the mess to some of the workers rolling up the tarps because they needed room for the dumpster to be picked up, but at least take the time to look over the area afterwards. We were lucky none of the nails ended up in our car tires. I also purposely set aside some siding they removed to reuse on a different area, then the other crew threw it away! They did end up replacing it with a new piece, but not until a week after the job was finally complete. I cannot recommend this company in the least and would say use someone else who may even be more expensive, but I bet that extra money would be worth it to avoid the hassle, delays, and frustration of Pacific Exteriors' contractors work ethic, professionalism and inability to show up two days in a row to finish a job.

So happy I chose Pacific Exteriors. Overall, they exceeded my expectations.none
